This was a great home for a couple of families to share. There were lots of fun things to do for the kids. Had it not been June, we would have loved to utilize the outdoor seating areas. It was very convenient to Arizona Athletic Grounds, where our tournament was held and there were many restaurants and stores nearby. It was a peaceful neighborhood and the beds were comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. Pete and Maria were extremely responsive hosts and helped us find the Euro match we wanted to watch on television. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Pete & Marias home exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with stunning lake views that made our mornings and evenings truly special and the gated community was quiet and beautiful. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, providing all the comforts of home. We visited in June with temps often in the 100s but the AC in the house was perfect and kept us comfortable when we needed a break from the heat and at night. The game areas both upstairs and downstairs were a hit with our children (8yrs & 14yrs) as well as us. We had many family battles at the air hockey table. Pete & Maria are incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or messages we sent, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was so wonderful we could have stayed there the whole time! We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back!

We booked this for a family trip to celebrate a 21st birthday. The house is really nice with a perfect layout for a family vacation, though everyone preferred to use the master shower because it is so nice. This had one of the best equipped kitchens though whoever built the house didn't really consider workspace correctly, but it is a really nice kitchen. We loved the outside space & it was the main reason we booked the house. I love a heated pool but since we were there in 90* weather it would have been nice had the pool been slightly cooler, just to be able to cool off in the pool a bit. I did not contact them about it because it was just not that important but 5-10 degrees cooler for us would have been good & the hot tub & pool were the same temperature. The few little hiccups we had in the house, I text owner & they responded quickly & were able to help me find what I needed to solve the little problems we encountered. Oh be sure to close blinds in master whenever showering.

This was the most amazing house & location. Gorgeous inside & out. Love that it is right on a beautiful neighborhood lake. The hot tub that is connected to the pool heats up so nicely. We had a blast hanging out in it. Games galore to play with the family - pingpong, air hockey, Xbox, fooz ball. Fire pit was so pretty overlooking the lake. Absolutely loved the gorgeous interior of the house. Every room was very nice & clean too. Highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying in this home for our multi-week stay. It is in a great location with lots of privacy, nice walking trails and nearby stores and restaurants. The backyard is fabulous with an amazing pool/hot tub setup and a great seating area on the lake. While our young grandkids were with us, we especially appreciated the security features in the back and around the pool. The amenities and games in the house were also fabulous.We had a great experience with the hosts and found them to be organized and very responsive to any questions or concerns. In our 3 weeks we had one small issue and the hosts were there to resolve it almost immediately.We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to the Phoenix area.

We had such a great time at this home! So much space and so much to do. The heated pool is such a bonus and my kids spent their full days enjoying it.Location is also beautiful.We can't wait to go back and were so sad to leave the beauty!

This was a great property for our family ages 3-79. Lots of activity options and the heated pool and spa were used often despite cool weather. It was clean, attractively furnished, in a quiet neighborhood. It is just as pictures show, including a beautiful sunset by the water.

Very nice place! Views from the lake at sunset were great! Our family loved the hot tub, pool, (except for the bees) firepit and outdoor tv! Golf and corn hole were a nice option. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Pete and Maria were always quick to answer any questions! We only had one problemwe werent ready to end our stay!

This is an absolutely fantastic house which is highly recommended, either as a place to get away from it all or to share a great space with friends and family. The house is absolutely perfect, was clean and have all amenities youd expect. Pete was very responsive throughout and make the check in and departure process very easy. If returning to Arizona I will definitely look to stay here again.

They were absolutely the best to work with. We had a slight thing happen and Pete took care of it right away. When I would message them, they would respond immediately. The house was beautiful and clean and the outdoor area was just as nice. The precautionary measures they took for small kids around the pool was great! By far the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The home and grounds are stunning. Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay with plenty of games and activities on site.Very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen is perfect!I would definitely recommend this home to other travelers and will reserve again in the future.

Pete & Maria are awesome hosts! I am new to Airbnb so was a bit nervous. They assured me that they'd take care of me and thats just what they did. The house was exactly like the photos. So much to do between the pool and games we stayed in most evenings. Everything you could think of was available. We cooked and everything and more was stocked in the kitchen. I had so many questions, they responded back quick and so friendly. We enjoyed our coffee each morning by the lake. Highly recommend! We enjoyed the house so much we'll be going back! Thank you Pete & Maria for such a positive Airbnb experience! Top notch!

I cannot say enough good things about this listing. The house is exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious, decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There was so much to do between the games, fire pit, pool, grill, etc. The lakefront deck area was perfect and peaceful for enjoying our morning coffee. The gated community was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the dual a/c kept the house at a comfortable temperature as we are not used to the Arizona heat. Pete and Maria are fantastic hosts that were always available and quick to respond. My family will be rebooking with them for future trips!
