Pete and Maria's place was perfect for my big family. There was something to keep every member of the family entertained, from the golf and corn hole to the pool and ping pong/pool table. The home was centrally located near several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house looked and felt exactly how the house pictures marketed it! The home was super spacious with an enormous kitchen that is open to the entrance foyer and living room. Wonderful area to play foosball, pool, and relax and watch TV. The rooms were super comfortable and very well decorated and laid out. The pool was meticulously maintained as the water was clear and free of chemical smells. This is a fine detail that I truly appreciate as I have three boys that really enjoyed the pool! Kudos to this ownership and management for doing a wonderful job. If I am ever in this area again, it will most definitely be a repeat rental.

Wow! This place was amazing! We stayed for my son's baseball tournament and it was the PERFECT place! So many things for the boys to do and a great place for us parents to relax by the pool! Super close to the Padres fields we were playing at as well. Will rent this place again for the next time we are out there!

Pete and Marias place was perfect for us. My daughter was graduating and we had a lot of family in town and the house accommodated all of us. Its close to lots of places to eat and a short drive to west gate (Topgolf). It had plenty of space for everyone and the backyard was perfect for entertaining all ages.

The house exceeded all of our expectations! This was easily one of the nicest airbnbs Ive stayed in. Beautifully remodeled, comfortable, and spacious. A perfect set up for a guys trip whether youre coming out for golf, baseball, or the final four like we did. Of course, families would love it too. For future guests - Wed recommend driving about 15 minutes south to the Park West complex for many nice restaurants. Thanks again!

Pete & Marias place was wonderful. Located in a nice neighborhood very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc and easy highway access. We enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor amenities (putting green, cornhole, ping pong, swimming pool out; billiards and foosbal in) greatly. Kept us entertained and having fun while we were at the house. The place is immaculately clean. We would definitely stay there again; highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great option for the family. The kids had fun in the pool despite the cool weather and kitchen was great for family meals. The master bedroom is up but they have two smaller bedrooms on main floor. Something to know if you have folks who cannot do stairs. We specifically wanted Glendale so location was great and lots of shopping nearby.

Sisters Trip was a huge success spent in this beautiful huge home. It was 16 of us. 13 adults, 1 child and 2 infants and we never bumped into each other. We didnt arrive till 3am so we wasnt able to take in all the beauty of the home until that morning and when I tell you it was worth every dime we spent. We loved everything about the home and was offered an extra night at half the price but had to decline because of the high airfare. The only thing that we found as an issue for US was there was no baking equipment such as a mixer or cake pan as we wanted to bake a cake for the birthday ladies but we quickly adjusted our plans to buying cupcakes instead. If you use lots of seasonings bring your own as the home only supply salt and pepper. We did leave behind a variety of seasonings for the next guest. When I say that everything we needed for our stay was right there. You want have to nor will you want to leave this beautiful home. We will be back again! The backyard

This was the perfect house for a family reunion. The beds were comfortable, it's clutter free without rugs or carpets in the bedrooms and therefore not dusty. We enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole, and golf in the yard. We swam in the pool in early December. Best thing: the house is a 30 second walk to the Skunk Creek Linear Park, a 3 1/2 mile walking/ biking/ running trail along a dried creek bed.

We came down to Phoenix for my sons wedding with a total of 8 guests staying at Pete & Marias home. The bedrooms accommodated everyone allowing the two couples to enjoy their own king size bedrooms and all other single guests enjoyed their own queen bedrooms. The house is so spacious and beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing along with all the extras that the big beautiful back yard provided. We loved it so much it will be the first place we will look into booking again in a few months when we return. We highly recommend this home you will not be disappointed at all. The house was perfect for our group of six. We did a guys weekend (away from wives and kids) to catch an nfl game. Perfect size house, 6 nice size bedrooms. Close to hiking trails, cardinals stadium and about 35 min from the airport. Restaurants and shopping less than 2 miles away. Overall it was a great experience and with the backyard activities and pool, we didnt feel the need to venture out much.

The property was absolutely beautiful. I would rebook in a heartbeat! I felt like the pictures came to life the minute I walked through the front door. The floor plan was open and spacious, which was perfect for my family girls' cousin trip. The kitchen was the perfect size for meal prepping without us feeling crowded. The backyard was gorgeous and had several sitting areas for us 12 girls to gather to catch up. When we were not outside, the family room was nice and cozy, where we could all watch movies. The throw pillows and throw blankets allowed us to maximize the floor space so those that didn't get the couch could still be comfortable. The bedrooms were immaculate and decorated nicely. There were plenty of utentils, bowls, plates, towels and linens to accommodate our large group too! Quick responsiveness from our hosts were a bonus. After not having a girls cousins trip since the pandemic, we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to have our trip!

Very nice remodeled home in a peaceful neighborhood. We slept well and enjoyed the amenities. The beds were all very comfy and the linens were clean and there was plenty of towels and other added stuff like body wash and shampoo/conditioner which was nice if you forget. The heat in AZ at this time was extremely hot but the air conditioning in this home was perfect! The pool was very clean and well maintained. Over all a very nice stay!

Pete & Maria were awesome to deal with and be hosted by! Their place was amazing and just what our family needed! We had a large group and the place was fantastic! We had a slight delay in checking in due to the cleaners trying to finish up from the last booking. However, Pete and Maria were very good about it and acknowledged that we were inconvenienced during check-in by giving us a couple hundred dollars back. We very much appreciated that. Also, they stopped by to bring us pool sticks, and golf clubs as the other ones were not working properly or broken. They also brought us ice which was a kind gesture. Overall, we very much appreciated our experience and would definitely book with them again!

We had an amazing family vacation while staying at this home! It was very open concept and plenty of space for 14 people! The family suite was perfect for a family of 5 with plenty of entertainment for kids! The entire backyard was stunning! The pool was great, fun outdoor games (putting green, cornhole, and ping pong)! Everyone seemed to sleep comfortably and having access to the washer and dryer was very helpful! The host was very quick to respond and helpful! Cant say enough great things about this Airbnb! Love the house it was amazing! They allowed us to check in early which was such a blessing. The pool was heated and the kids were able to enjoy it even when the weather was cold. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb. There was not much toilet paper in the house so we had to instacart some, but other than that we have zero complaints. Thank you Pete and Maria!

Best Airbnb weve ever stayed at! We have stayed at many rental homes (generally larger, luxury units) and this was our favorite one yet! I had no hesitancy in reserving this rental, despite the lack of reviews at the time. I knew that it was a new listing, and after looking at the owners other many listings and 5-star reviews, I felt confident that this home would be at the same level.Our multigenerational family enjoyed days and evenings spent out in the backyard oasis! It felt as though we were staying at our own private luxury resort. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool (although a bit chilly), playing on the putting green, and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings.The inside of the home was exactly what we had hoped it would be and looked just like the pictures online. The home was spotlessly clean, and we very much appreciated the thoughtful way that it was stocked. Plenty of cooking supplies, pool towels, toiletries, paper goods, and even coffee K-cups!

The property is beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. Great for family reunions, plenty of space indoors and out. Heated pool was warm, every accessory, gadget or piece of equipment was provided. House backs up to a desert wash so very quiet, especially at night. Easy to get to, tons of food options, and in an area where everyone delivers.

We were knocked out by this home, inside and out! It was spotless and had everything you need. The extra touches were thoughtful and appreciated. The outdoor space was a definite plus. I'd highly recommend this home and hope it's available next time I'm in town!
