No worries the host was very responsive and walked me through everything with patience. They checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and we 10/10 recommend these hosts and this property. We came for a swim meet and were gone a lot but it was the perfect place for us and we hope we can stay here again next year. Local city law doesnt allow you to have at the home, at any time, no more people at the home than what can sleep.We knew ahead of time that the kitchen was not a kitchen to plan to cook meals why we were there. The area outside of the complex is a bit rough, but inside the complex feels safe and is beautiful! Very nearby to many shopping areas and conveniences. The house is very comfortable and spacious for 8 people. The pool area is fantastic - would be nice if the pool was skimmed more often, but not a deterrent. Water pressure is fantastic! We had our family and had plenty of room for everyone! The pool area and gym were fantastic and the kids had an absolute blast in both of the large pools and both jacuzzis! Especially for the price we paid. The master suite is great and lots of space for a family. Nice big island but only two stools to sit. The pool area was great. One heated pool and the hotbtubs were hot. The second pool is not heated. There really isn't a games room. There is a pretty rough pool table (broken pool cues and broken table) but you can still play on it. The gym is small but adequate. There is only one fob so if you dont all go to the pool at the same time you have to watch for each other and open the gate. Not enough toiletries are provided so you will have to buy some. There are no sharp knives when you are cooking and the bigger frying pan is wobbly. The floor was dusty when we arrived but there is a mop to mop the floor (could just be the dessert air?) Shopping was conveniently close and the neighborhood was tucked away and safe. The kids enjoyed the club house access to play billiards, the gym and swimming. The house itself is very spacious with all bedrooms upstairs which for my elderly grandparents it would have been nice to know in the listing beforehand. It was difficult for them to ascend the stairs multiple times a day so the downstairs bathroom was a great bonus. We could hear the neighbors as this is an attached home. The garage was tight for our truck and a crossover. This made it difficult to access the extra amenities like the high chair for our infant and broom to sweep. We could only park our truck on the right side of the garage in order to fit. Overall, we were comfortable and it was clean. The convenience to shopping and our performances was ideal. Getting to the condo was very easy and getting in was just as described in the instructions sent from Pete and Maria. The condo is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as a large fridge. The patio area is great for relaxing. All 4 bedrooms are on a 2nd level with about 15-20 stairs so if that's a problem for you, might not be ideal. We loved our stay and would consider staying at this exact condo again on a future trip. The pool area was a very short walk and absolutely beautiful! The heated pool was amazing for our stay since it was a little chilly a few days. The drive from the airport is about 15 minutes so very quick to get to and from the airport. Access to Phoenix area is super easy as youre 1-2 minutes off the freeway. Enjoyed the gym with my sons, we enjoyed the double pool and hot tub which was super nice and clean, the house in in great shape, beds are all comfortable from what Ive heard. Had a small issue when we checked in that was caused by the previous renter and they got right back to me and resolved immediately, air-conditioning was great and powerful , the grill was great... blender, fridge/freezer all got used... Only mild suggestion I have is another pot and maybe a few more utensils would be great but this property is 100% as advertised. I gave 4 stars for location only as outside the large gated community the neighborhood is definitely not what the gated community is but it wouldnt prohibit us staying there again at all. It was safe and everybody had a fantastic time. The water park around the corner was awesome as well. These long rows of two story buildings have no sidewalks so the buildings basically butt up against the street and make strolling around the area unappealing. We also did not care for the three cats hanging out around the front of the place.That said, all five of the adults in our group found the place very appealing! It was as pictured in the photos: spotless, airy, and roomy. We thought the decor fresh and updated. The place also has some child proofed cabinets and the stairs can be blocked to keep small ones from accessing them. The outside grill and table and chairs provided a great location to enjoy a tasty meal outside in the cooler evening. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and inviting as were their surrounding grounds. The development is in a central location that made it easy for us to get where we wanted to go. Pete responded within minutes to the questions we had and was friendly and hospitable. We spent an enjoyable and comfortable three days there and were sorry we couldn't stay longer! We had some extenuating circumstances and needed to check in early, and Pete and Maria went out of their way to accommodate us. The place is sparkling clean. We have honestly have never stayed in a place this clean. Its like nobody has ever lived there! Many AirBnbs that weve stayed in have dirty refrigerators, dirty high chairs, etc, and we loved that this place was spic and span. They also have great amenities like coffee, shampoo, and even things like olive oil. Everything was so nice and new. Mesa Palms Ferro Stayed Jul, 2020 Review Pete and Marias house was beyond beautiful. But first, I have to mention the astonishing communication that was exhibited. Maria personally called me morning of our check in to make sure there were not questions or concerns, as well as let us know we were able to check in wayyy early if needed. She is just the sweetest! They were also VERY quick to respond to any messages. Second, this house is better than the pictures even look. How cool is that!? Third, the location of the house couldnt be beat. It was very close to the pool area and was a quick drive to Scottsdale or the airport. All in all, this house is your home away from home and these hosts are better than the best!
