Pete and Maries place was exactly what we were looking / hoping for. Close to all the locations that we were interested in and super convenient getting to the highways. Pool was amazing and we found the layout of the house / backyard very agreeable. Pete and Marie were very response to all our questions and requests - felt like we were renting from friends. Great find! Fantastic location (close to airport, Camelback Mtn, so many great restaurants, clean and cute inside, new appliances, friendly and responsive hosts, casita which worked out well for us. Two things some people might want to know: (1) the home abuts a very busy street, with a lot of traffic noise when you're in the back yard - but it's not an issue inside, and outside you get used to it; (2) there's no fence or cover around the pool, although they've raised all the doorknobs to keep toddlers from wandering outside.

This home was a great place to stay for our group of nine ladies. It was within 15 minutes to all attractions we were trying to see during our long weekend and provided easy pick up by all transportation services. The only complaint was the darker lighting in some of the bathrooms, the small amount of various amenities that were left such as trash bags, and the lacking of a full length mirror. Besides that I believe it would be a great place to stay for all groups, including families.

We stayed at the home for seven days with seven guests at the beginning of March. Accommodations were very well-maintained and hosts were very responsive when two minor issues arose during our stay. The heated pool was a huge, huge bonus, and I strongly encourage others to rent the facility if a pool is important to you and your guests. It would be perfect for a family with young kids. The only truly negative to the location is that it is right on the corner of 44th St., and it can be fairly loud during rush hour. The other minor issue we had was a sprinkler system malfunctioned while we were away and we came back to a very large pool of water outside the Casita, which needed to be addressed before we could enter again.That said, however, the hosts were very responsive, and took care of the situation quickly. Overall, I would strongly recommend the location, if you can overlook the busy street.

Pete & Marias place was wonderful. We had plenty of space and the backyard was the perfect hangout space. One of us even slept on the twin pullout bed and it was surprisingly very comfortable. The pool was so nice and it was nice that the heated pool was included in the cost, rather than a cost you had to electively add to the daily rate. Would definitely recommend this place!

This house worked out great for our family of 6 adults & 3 children under 6 years old. We enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of pool towels, which we appreciated. The extra little house in the back worked out great, especially for bedtime & nap time with little ones. The house is tastefully decorated, had plenty of bath linens, comfortable beds & a location close to restaurants, etc. Communication with hosts was always friendly & quick.

Pete & Marias place was a great place to stay! We stayed for three nights and we loved it. We used the pool which was very refreshing! At one point, the air conditioner to the casita wasnt working and I texted them and they had someone there within 20 minutes to help get it working. We loved this Airbnb! Definitely would stay here again.

Pete and Maria were great. Unfortunately unbeknownst to them, the floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Upon contacting the hosts, they immediately sent someone over who paid close attention to detail in cleaning the floors and a few other spots that were mentioned to them.The pool was spotless, beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels for pool usage for our two families of 4 that stayed. There were enough kitchen cooking essentials to get by; a mixing bowl would have come in handy for making pancakes , but we made do.The area is wonderful! We had 3 amazing meals all within a very short (almost walkable) drive: Steak 44, The Henry and Hash.Wed definitely return to Pete and Marias place again!

We were in Phoenix for a family event and the house suited us very well. My family was in the main house and my sister and her husband had the casita behind the house, so that worked out well for everyone. Both units are nicely furnished. The kitchen in the main house is well equipped.The pool was very welcome and we spent quite a bit of time in it.The property is on a main road with heavy traffic at just about all hours, but it has a wall around it that somewhat shields you from the noise.

Our stay was great! Checking in was easy, it felt like we arrived at home. Just punched in the code and we were set. The house was clean and it fit our group perfectly. The patio out back was a great place to hangout in the evenings and the lights outside made it feel relaxing and at ease. The pool topped everything off. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had family coming in town from all over for a funeral and wanted to stay close to family in the area. The house ended up being the central place for our family to gather, eat meals, swim and enjoy ourselves. My husband and I stayed in the casita which was a special treat. The a.c. Worked fabulously. The pool was perfect and we were so pleased that there were pool floats available. Additionally, so grateful for the plentiful amounts of coffee pods (thank you)! Our dog was also welcomed. She is often anxious when we are away from home but she was perfectly comfortable here, which put me at ease. There was a bit of an issue with a previous renters breaking some rules but They informed us of the situation promptly and did all they could to rectify it- it didnt end up being a big issue for our party but it was very appreciated that they gave us a heads up. Thanks for a great property!

We loved staying Pete and Marias! We had 3 families with kiddos and the house was PERFECT! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for meals, catching up, and swimming! Bedroom arrangements were perfect and they even went above and beyond to help coordinate pack-n-plays and highchairs for our crew. The linens throughout the house and bathrooms were wonderful also. Everything felt very high end! It was a no stress fun family vacation and we will totally be booking again with them!

Wonderful house and wonderful hosts

We had a family wedding to attend nearby. Ten of us stayed at the house, and despite there being that many of us it never felt crowded. The outdoor area is cozy, the pool is charming, the house is well put together, the price was right, and the hosts are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented home for Super Bowl weekend and it was as advertised. Good central location, busy street but close to a lot of places to eat. Place was very clean and host left a book with clear instructions so no need for additional help during the stay. There is not a ton of shared space inside, so we mainly were in the kitchen and outside. Pool was heated and nice backyard for hanging out in nice weather. Overall good experience and recommend.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend and it was perfect. Great location, a quick ride to Old Town to go out or plenty of Arcadia restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to several places to grab coffee or food.Pool was great to relax by and the backyard was exactly what we wanted for hanging out and enjoying the weather. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed to.The only issue that came up was the front door being left open by the cleaning crew upon arrival as well as a smoke alarm battery that was beeping as we arrived. I hopped on the phone right away and they were able to send a maintenance person over right away so that was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was very clean and has a great location. Its walkable to many good restaurants or a short Uber ride away. The pool was heated which was a huge plus. The only downside is that we felt the beds were not true queens and were a bit small. Additionally the walls are thin and you can definitely hear all the noises through the house (e.g. ice maker sounds overnight from the bedroom at the end of the hallway even with door closed). But other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we would overall recommend staying here.

We appreciate all feedback but did want to confirm that all beds, with the exception of the kids bedroom with the bunks, are definitely queen size beds. We know this because we personally furnished this home and purchased those mattresses. Maybe the bed size you are comparing it to is actually a king? There is is no queen size variation in the mattress industry. There is only one size of queen beds. We loved that you enjoyed the home, the area and the heated pool!:-)

We had a wonderful time here and our family really enjoyed our stay! The house and casita were perfect; the beds and showers were so nice! We were able to fit 10 here comfortably and the layout was designed with enough space where we could go to different areas of the house if we wanted alone time. Pete and Maria's place was beautiful, comfortable, calming and very clean. We were there for 3 days/2 nights. It was equipped with everything we needed. Pete was a great host. He was very helpful, polite and quick to respond. He was flexible with check-in time, which we appreciated because we had two tired little ones. We stayed there because it was very close to the places we had planned to visit; The State Fair, Phoenix Zoo, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs. The house is located on a corner of a busy street but you really could not hear it. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is really nice. The pictures make the house seem a lot bigger, but the house is on the smaller size. It wasnt an issue for us. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds are comfortable and the pool nice size and clean. The house is located by a lot of restaurants. A couple of issues, the floors didnt seem like they were mopped. Our feet got very dirty within 30 mins. Many of the bowls and cups were stained. We just cleaned them and used them.

Pete and Marias house was amazing! The manual has everything you need but if you have any questions Pete and Maria are very responsive. But truly the house was beautiful. I had a group of 11 and we fit comfortably. The backyard was the best part. We spent most of the time there!! Pool was perfect and clean! Truly everything was spot on. Great little house. It is located next to a busier street, but we knew that since we used to live in the area years ago. It worked well for our family (plus grandparents staying with us). Lovely patio to hang out on, fantastic pool, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to LGO and Postinos (our old favs!), and a park with a playground nearby for kiddos.
