The only complaint was when you go in there is a que you scan for information and directions-and it was confusing as for example it said to make sure we turn the pool lights off but when I couldnt figure out how to do that-I texted them and they said dont touch the pool lights-there were a couple things on those directions that just needed updating which they said they would do. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! My husband and I slept better there than we do at home. They were quick to answer when I had a question and were very friendly about it. There was plenty of space and was able to accommodate all 10 of the girls staying there. The pool and backyard were beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was a hot weekend. Pete and Maria were extremely helpful and quickly responded when I reached out with a question! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk to the nearest plaza, which had a drug store, grocery store and coffee spot! It was just as lovely as the pictures. They were wonderful hosts and answered any questions that I had very quickly! We had a group of 8 women, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The pool was a hit since it was over 100 degrees every day. The house had nice air conditioning, so we were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend their home to others! The place could've been a lot nicer, and definitely gave off those vibes from the pictures, so I was a bit disappointed when I pulled up (the neighborhood is not impressive. Basic tract homes.) and walked in (the place was renovated, but the cut a lot of corners; workmanship wasn't up to the standards I'd have in my own home or rental properties). Pete & Maria were responsive, and accommodated an early check-in. Overall it was decent and clean accommodations, but I def would've rather stayed in a 4 star hotel at a similar price point. Host's response: Hi Jonathan,Thank you for the feedback. This home can accommodate 12 people, which would be the equivalent of 3 hotel rooms. Unfortunately it is not realistic that you would be able to find even a 3 star hotel around Old Town Scottsdale for $300 a night. Please keep this in mind when selecting a property in the future. We have several 5 star reviews for this home and EVERY SINGLE of our previous guests rated BOTH the location and home as a 5 star. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had basic cooking supplies and dishes. The backyard is really enjoyable and well maintained. The pool was at a comfortable temperature and the mini golf area was a fun bonus. The house is located near a great running path and is close to Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback, etc. The neighbors have really serious holiday decorations which made it a fun location as well. Overall, would stay there again. The only odd thing is that the bathroom to the primary bedroom doesn't have a door - so the glass shower is visible from the bedroom and the toilet isn't enclosed. This doesn't take away from how nice the house is, but is good to know depending on the group staying.
