Very clean, beautiful place, the pool was great. Had everything we needed. The only complaint was when you go in there is a que you scan for information and directions-and it was confusing as for example it said to make sure we turn the pool lights off but when I couldnt figure out how to do that-I texted them and they said dont touch the pool lights-there were a couple things on those directions that just needed updating which they said they would do. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! My husband and I slept better there than we do at home. They were quick to answer when I had a question and were very friendly about it.

Took a trip to Scottsdale and was so happy to have found Pete and Maria's rental! There was plenty of space and was able to accommodate all 10 of the girls staying there. The pool and backyard were beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was a hot weekend. Pete and Maria were extremely helpful and quickly responded when I reached out with a question! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk to the nearest plaza, which had a drug store, grocery store and coffee spot! Would recommend this Airbnb and Pete and Maria to anyone - nothing but good things to say!

Had a wonderful time at Pete & Maria's home. It was just as lovely as the pictures. They were wonderful hosts and answered any questions that I had very quickly! We had a group of 8 women, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The pool was a hit since it was over 100 degrees every day. The house had nice air conditioning, so we were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend their home to others!

We all enjoyed staying at the location. It was well appointed and was very comfortable for the eight of us who shared the house. Positives that stood out to us:- Heated Pool was great.- plenty of outside seating to socialize and relax- comfortable loving room and couches.- Plenty of parking for multiple cars.- plenty of linens and bathroom supplies (extra blankets for those who get cold, plenty of towels and bathroom supplies).Would definitely stay again and/or recommend house to others.

We had such a lovely a stay at Pete & Marias. The house is super clean and had absolutely everything we needed to cook dinners and comfortably hangout. It also was perfect for our four month old son with all the baby essentials.

They texted me to let me know that the house was available for the night after my reservation ended and I could book it if needed/wanted.. we definitely took the option and were able to leave the house at 9pm for our red eye flight!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We truly enjoyed our time visiting Scottsdale. The Airbnb was easy to find and had clear instructions on how to access things in the home. We also loved that the home had central AC and a pool to relax in, which was needed for the Arizona heat. The Airbnbs location was great as well, very close to many restaurants and activities! Pete and Maria were very communicative and great hosts! Thank you again.

Graduation stay

We really enjoyed our stay during our daughters graduation.The property looks just like the photos . The outside area was our favorite place to hang out,next to the beautiful pool. The upstairs king bed was a little soft for my liking, however all the blankets and sheets were great! Also, the couch was super comfy and there was plenty of seating for our family of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was great staying here for a girls trip, there was plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. Loved that there were floaties in the garage so we could use them in the pool (which was so nice and warm) The house was in a peaceful neighborhood but was not walkable if this review helps anyone looking for a walkable location; we didn't mind though since we had a rental car. We also appreciated being able to check-in early but the fee to check in 2 hours early was $100 (I don't use Airbnb often so I don't know if that was high or low, but it felt high just for 2 hours)

Got the job done. The place could've been a lot nicer, and definitely gave off those vibes from the pictures, so I was a bit disappointed when I pulled up (the neighborhood is not impressive. Basic tract homes.) and walked in (the place was renovated, but the cut a lot of corners; workmanship wasn't up to the standards I'd have in my own home or rental properties). Pete & Maria were responsive, and accommodated an early check-in. Overall it was decent and clean accommodations, but I def would've rather stayed in a 4 star hotel at a similar price point.

Hi Jonathan,Thank you for the feedback. This home can accommodate 12 people, which would be the equivalent of 3 hotel rooms. Unfortunately it is not realistic that you would be able to find even a 3 star hotel around Old Town Scottsdale for $300 a night. Please keep this in mind when selecting a property in the future. We have several 5 star reviews for this home and EVERY SINGLE of our previous guests rated BOTH the location and home as a 5 star.

This home was very lovely and looked just like the photos. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had basic cooking supplies and dishes. The backyard is really enjoyable and well maintained. The pool was at a comfortable temperature and the mini golf area was a fun bonus. The house is located near a great running path and is close to Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback, etc. The neighbors have really serious holiday decorations which made it a fun location as well. Overall, would stay there again. The only odd thing is that the bathroom to the primary bedroom doesn't have a door - so the glass shower is visible from the bedroom and the toilet isn't enclosed. This doesn't take away from how nice the house is, but is good to know depending on the group staying.

We had a great stay! The property is extremely clean, well maintained, spacious and truly felt like home. The pool was warm and relaxing. The putting green was a nice added touch to the outdoor space. The hosts left detailed information and instructions for us to follow which was helpful. What a perfect little house! We enjoyed our stay so much; it was clean, nice, well maintained, and everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and we loved playing cornhole in the backyard. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for making breakfast and serving snacks, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the pillows and bedding as well. We enjoyed the convenient location and proximity to the major attractions. The neighborhood was clean and looked better then what I expected based from Google street view.Our kids enjoyed the warm pool and hours of putting- we would highly recommend you want be disappointed.

I have stayed in MANY Airbnbs over the years and this one is BY FAR my favorite one. Its very clean and cozy. Theres so much to do in the area. And honestly, with everything they provide in the home, you never have to leave if you dont want to. The beds and blankets are so nice and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the backyard is like having your own little oasis. I hesitated on leaving this review because I was worried it would mean this Airbnb would book up and I wouldnt be able to go back, haha. But they deserve this review. This home is perfect. Grateful for the family memories we made there. We will definitely be back.
