We originally had another Airbnb booked that turned out to be a disaster. We found this rental last minute and were lucky enough to be able to check in on a super short notice! Pete and Marias house was clean, cozy and such a breath of fresh air. We traveled with 4 kids under 4 and the pool gate was so nice to have. Would love to visit again!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The house was picture perfect and so clean! It has everything you need to feel at home. Plus Pete and Maria are super responsive. We had zero issues. We loved the pool, yard games, comfy beds, and well appointed kitchen. This is by far our favorite AirB&B!

This was a great place! We had 10 people, all in town from various places, for a funeral and we all slept comfortably. It is an open floor plan so we never felt on top of each other. The weather was great and the pool was perfectly heated. Its centrally located in the valley, close to the main freeways, Mill Ave, Old Town Scottsdale and has a ton of restaurant options nearby. I would recommend this place and will likely return in the future.

This place was wonderful. Id stay here again in a heartbeat. Our friends and our kids loved the pool, lots of good food and hiking close by, I couldve stayed another week to explore more (or just hang out by the pool). The house is beautiful!

We had a great stay at Pete and Maria's. The house is beautiful and very well-kept. They were extremely responsive hosts, and anytime we had a question or something to sort out they responded immediately. We had a group of 13, which was actually a bit tight for this space from a sleeping perspective, but we definitely made it work. The kitchen is very lightly stocked, so recommend bringing a few supplies if you may be staying for a longer time period. The pool and backyard were beautiful and very well-kept as well. Overall, 5/5 stay with great hosts!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Evening was as described and such a convenient drive to all tourism sites we wanted to go to. The pool heater did not work for first couple days which was a bummer as we had kids along on the trip. When it was fixed the weather took a turn for the worst and got cold. The kids were still able to enjoy but the adults didnt have much of a chance in the pool. Pete and Maria were very accommodating and responded very quickly to all questions we had.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb and it truly exceeded all expectations! The property is a fully remodeled dream house, perfect for our adventure to run the Rock-n-Roll half marathon. One of the standout features was the backyard, complete with a heated pool that added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay especially to soak the sore muscles after running. It provided the perfect setting for unwinding and having fun with friends and enjoying all that Tempe and Scottsdale has to offer.The overall experience was fantastic, and the property perfectly matched the description and photos provided. Additionally, our interactions with the host were positive they were responsive and accommodating when we thought we would have to extend our stay due to flight cancellations. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Tempe. It's a gem that combines comfort, style, and great amenities! Thanks again!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home! We especially loved the big kitchen that was open to the living and dining rooms. It was amazing for our big family! Our favorite was the heated pool and backyard amenities. The gated patio gave us peace of mind since we had toddlers. Grocery stores are just down the road, and restaurants are close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Spent a long weekend here with a group of friends and our families! Everything was so clean and spacious and the perfect spot for our little reunion getaway. We had two babies in the group and Pete & Maria made sure we had cribs and high chairs. The pool is much larger than it looks in the photos and was really nicely heated for us to swim even on the chillier days. We loved the big kitchen, fire pit, and the fact that there were three large bathrooms!

You know when you find a new favorite thing and you have to tell all your friends about it?! Thats Pete & Marias! The house was PERFECT for our familys needs, was beautifully decorated with a soothing, relaxing aesthetic, was easy to get to and near ASU where our daughter was playing 2 basketball games. Our every need was thought of, we cooked at home (which makes the college kids SO happy), we swam, we played games, we slept, we relaxed. Its a save and repeat if we ever stayed in one!

Overall great house. Modern renovations and excellent backyard setup with games & pool. Very comfortable bathrooms. Only negatives were the place smelled like trash for the first couple of days, and the HVAC didnt seem to serve the bedrooms equally.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation and had grandparents, parents and siblings. This house was perfect for us. Beautiful decor & color combination. (We are also Chicago Cubs fans) Bathrooms, linens, etc were all very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that linens were allergy free. Bathrooms have expensive upgrades like rain head and tile work. Although we did not use the pool or the backyard amenities, it was a beautiful view. You would never know this gem exists when first turning down the street. Then you come up to it and it sticks out in a good way. I especially appreciated the quick response to my questions prior to arrival and then again during our stay to check on us if we needed anything. It was not walking distance for our activities but it was perfect for what we needed it for. Highly recommend! Thank you Pete and Maria for your hospitality & thought in making this a beautiful home.
