January 5, 2024 - Airbnb Review by Dai The place was nice and roomy, and looked nicer than the pictures listed. It was well stocked with our daily needs which was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would give the place itself five stars but the check in/communication was sub par. I had to reach out for check in instructions which was then sent to us with only the address and house rules. I then had to reach out again an hour before check in to ask for the door code and then reach out again for the Wi-Fi when we got there. All of this information should be included with our checkin instructions and automatically sent to us like every other Airbnb that weve stayed at. Another issue was the blow dryer, which was listed as an amentity, and when letting them know it was not in the master bathroom like they have said, the communication stopped. Not even an offer to send a new one or an apology for the inconvenience. We ended up just buying one there. The host can improve on their communication. Dai, thank you for your feedback.
