June 26, 2023 - Airbnb Review by Steven Our family rented this location for our 50th anniversary. It was an ideal central location for day trips to local attractions. It was easy to get instructions for entry and the house instructions were clear and precise. The main bed was comfortable, but the other beds and sleeper sofas were uncomfortable. The house was in a very quiet, pretty setting. It was close to the center of Santa Fe, but not really within easy walking distance. We had a few concerns, smoke & CO2 alarms needed replacement batteries, the downstairs bathroom sink was very slow draining and the freezer wasn't working properly. We emailed the problems to the property company, but never received an answer of any kind. That was disappointing.Overall, our stay worked for our family. The internet worked well. The kitchen had all of the utensils and equipment we needed for meals. The number of books available to read was amazing. Overall, we are adaptable and enjoyed our stay. The lack of downstairs AC was a downer. Thank you for your feedback, Steven. We are sorry to hear that now all aspects of your stay were as perfect as we all wanted it to be. This home is located just on the outskirt of downtown, as our listing states, just a quick drive to most attractions. For instance, the Santa Fe Plaza would be about a 7-minute drive, or 35-minute walk. In exchange, you get to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood setting. We apologize that we were not able to get back to you promptly. We are a small team but we work hard to ensure our guests can get assistance 24/7 throughout their stay.
