We especially loved the heated pool (we had some uncharacteristically chilly weather for March). The hosts were extremely responsive throughout the whole process at any time of day or night -- but to be honest things were so easy and clearly explained that we didn't have to reach out much. Location-wise it's a very quick 7-minute drive to the downtown Scottsdale area, but you can also walk to Chapparral Park which was nice. Definitely recommend! As for the hot water in the guest shower, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our hot water tank requires some time to heat up when multiple people are taking showers consecutively. Had such an awesome stay at Pete & Marias. Some of the pros were:- Beautiful pool which was heated for free (most Airbnbs in Scottsdale charge around $75/day for pool heating).- Great backyard games - Ample amount of towels (it always sucks when Airbnbs only give you 1-2 towels per person. Pete and Maria gave us way more pool and shower towels than we wouldve ever needed which was an awesome detail- They let us check in an hour early (for free)! - Awesome location: only 5 mins to Old Town- The house was very clean and looked just like the photos Thanks again Pete & Maria for your awesome hospitality. I cant wait to stay at another SkyRun property next time Im in Scottsdale! Scottsdale Granite Reef Stayed Nov, 2023 Review Pete & Maria were amazing hosts. We were in town for a wedding and had booked a different airbnb which unfortunately wasnt as advertised. Because of that I reached out to Pete & Maria sometime after 7pm about booking their place last minute for the weekend. They responded almost immediately and within 15-20 minutes we were all booked and had all the check in information we needed to get into the house that same night.They offered to send someone over first thing in the morning to get us anything we need, but we didnt end up needing anything because the place was already pristine and spotless. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you have a very private back yard with a pool, and putting green. We very much enjoyed the rest of our trip with no hiccups or issues and they were even able to accommodate us with a late checkout as one of our party were flying out a bit later. It was super easy to check in and the communication was great. The home is very nice and clean inside and matches with the description. We had a total of 8 people and everybody had either a bed or comfy couch to sleep on. Keurig was fully stacked with K-Cups which was huge for us coffee drinkers. Pool was naturally warm but they had two big umbrellas that we used for shade so we could just float without getting crushed by the sun. Overall a great experience and would definitely do it again.
