The overall house itself has a lot of space and a nice layout. There were permits posted for work being done on the property and that caught us a little off guard. There is a lot of updates that need completed so the permit made since. We thought all 10 bedrooms had bathrooms and that was not the case. Two bedrooms downstairs share a full bath, and the other King room has no bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath across the dining room for this bedroom to access. We used the locked balcony area upstairs as an additional bedroom. This room could have a wall to go all the way to the ceiling to be able to use it as a true bedroom. We made it work for the purpose we needed it for. There is only 1 sleeper sofa, so if you are looking for additional sleeping options bring air mattress just in case. Overall the property is great for large family gatherings as there are 2 full kitchens and a kitchenette upstairs on the 3rd floor. We feel once the construction is completely done this property is going to amazing and will be the IT property to rent on Folly Beach. Location & parking is definitely 5 stars and the 4 car garage is perfect for when it rains to play corn hole inside. The elevator makes it very easy to load & unload the cars from the multiple floors. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Folly Spot for a larger group

House was perfect and very well kept. Would definitely recommend to a larger party. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to all the Center Street restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Both porches at the house were great to hangout on too if you dont feel like leaving the house. Skyrun was a breeze to work with and made everything wicked easy.

Great for big group

House was mostly as advertised perfect for our group of 16! Tons of comfortable sleeping arrangements, big space, close to beach. Its a bit dated but was super clean. Only recommendation would be supplying more than 1 trash bag to guests. I knew the starter amenity packs are just supposed to get you started for a day or two but a single trash bag when the house holds up to 24 people is odd. Thankfully Berts is a great store closeby that provides the essentials (also get the pulled pork sandwich at Berts!). Overall great stay.

Wonderful time!

We had the best time at Folly Beach! Elizabeth at SkyRun is the best and helped us plan a last minute vacation (literally)! The house is very comfortable and the location is wonderful! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach - head out the front door, make a right and then a right at the first street and walk to the cut-through over a little creek bridge and you'll hit the beach! You can shower off right there at the beach before heading back - couldn't have been easier! Don't forget your own beach towels - bring some because there aren't any at the house - so glad I threw a couple in before we left. They give a starter of shampoo, soap, conditioner, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, and paper towels. I brought all of that anyway along with trash bags, but if you need to run and buy anything, there's Bert's on the island and shopping not far off the island. There's also a Keurig so bring some pods 🙂 We rented a golf cart, ate at so many restaurants, took surfing lessons, fished, took a marsh boat tour, and so much more! There's so much to do and you can head into downtown Charleston, which was just a 20 minute drive. Great vacation! We truly loved it! Thanks again Elizabeth for your help and all of the recommendations!!! We can't wait to come back!!

Folly Beach Stay

Amazing property and location. This house has literally everything you need and can sleep so many people! We used for a bachelor party and everyone was so impressed with the floor layouts, the bed sizes, all the amenities and three stories of space! I would highly recommend staying here for whatever occasion and this was by far one of the best rental properties I've ever been to.
