Sunlit Canal Serenity

Our family had a great time in Marco and Kristi's home fit our needs perfectly! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool & saw a pack of 18 sting rays swim by the dock. The home is also in an excellent location. The communication with Kristi was excellent. We will definitely return!

We had a terrific stay in Marco Island and would return House is spacious and comfortable.

This was such a wonderful and comfortable house for us to stay during our Marco Island vacation! The private pool was fantastic, plus having the pool toys and the beach chairs and umbrella on hand made it so easy and all the more enjoyable. I would absolutely book Kristi’s house again for a future Marco Island trip!

We absolutely loved staying here. Ive stayed at many places on Marco and this one was so peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you could ask for- pool, waterview, comfortable beds, and great location! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was magical. It was the perfect 40th birthday trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristi's house with our family, including our 2-year-old grandson. The surroundings are lovely, and the house is child-friendly. We also loved the nearby park, beach, and restaurants! A great vacation home and destination.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was walking distance to the beach and the canal was great. Everything was very clean and the check in/out process was easy.

We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Kristi made us feel so welcomed. The space and provisions for our family of five were just perfect. The pool area was a definite plus. We highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

This house was a perfect stay on Marco Island. The location was fantastic, close to many thing. There is very little parking at the public beaches so we would just hop on the bikes and ride to the beach. The house had a great split bedroom and open floor layout. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. The dock on the canal was great for fishing and kayaking. We caught several fish and saw tons of sting rays. Tons of great amenities at the house; beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, fishing equipment, volleyball net for the pool, grill and outdoor dining. The pool was heated and our kids had blast in it. It is a very skinny pool and gets deep quickly.

Great house on a canal. The pool and patio were nice. The bikes need a little work, we only rode them on the road in front of the house.

The property was beautiful and it was so nice to walk into fresh flowers. We honestly hated to leave. Thank you we had such a wonderful stay!

Very nice rental and great location on Marco! We loved the kayaks and the ease to get anywhere. Pool is on the small side. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens and ceiling fans in every room -even the master bathroom. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this place while exploring Marco Island! We were able to enjoy the beautiful and comfortable home, morning sunrise on the dock, a late afternoon swim, and some kayak fun as well. What truly made it perfect was all of the extras - we used the beach chairs, cooler, and even a large beach bag for towels. Everything needed is here! Super visit, fantastic home/hostess.

Very nice home. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. Whole house music system, pool heated in the 90’s, dolphins swimming in the canal. It was the perfect house for an all adult vacation.

Excellent check in procedure, the property manager reached out when the house was ready for us which was earlier than check in time. The house was very clean and had ample room for our family of five. Great location. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Home was clean and in great location. Evonne and her husband of Kaben properties were wonderful. Quick to respond to our texts and had minor issue with refrigerator and they were there quickly to resolve problem. Highly recommend home and Kaben.

Until this visit we've been staying at the JW. We wanted a place the whole family could descend on so the 3 bedroom was perfect. House was well equipped with beach items, kitchen items, grill, pool items, bikes, beach trailer, on and on! Walk to the beach was easy even though it looks far. It's nice being on a quiet canal too. Lounging by the heated pool was comfortable. Super easy to get to the beach using central access point for walks. Will definitely consider it again.

Beautiful home on the canal with a clean and refreshing pool. Bedrooms were clean, uncomfortable, and the kitchen had everything we need!

We had a wonderful stay in this house; we lacked nothing. It's a great, spacious house. The location is fantastic, right on the canal and by the pool. The kids could swim and fish. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very comfortable beds. What more could you want?

Good location in a quiet area close to the beach. New outdoor area and pool were lovely and a bonus with the two kayaks, which we used frequently. We will be back and enjoyed our stay overall!

The home had all the amenities, and we had no issues. Been coming down for over 12 years and our stay was again perfect. The first time we had an owner/property manager greet us with a "Welcoming Gift". This was very nice and put a smile on our faces. We will sure visit again; also, we used the beach chairs after our check out and the owner was understanding as our flight was late in the afternoon. Communication is key!!! Thanks, Yvonne, for always answering our calls and professional. The owner is in good hands!

This was our first time staying on Marco Island, but our 2nd time in the area. It was a truly fantastic place. The house is in a great location, easy to get to, and has awesome access to the water. We kayaked, fished off the pier, biked around the neighborhood (where we saw nesting owls), and spent hours outside on the water. Almost every evening, we saw dolphins swimming up the channel! The pool is actually much larger than it looks in pictures and very deep! The house is very large, and was more than enough space for 5 of us. The property manager was attentive to issues with the garage door not shutting (which wasn't a big issue- we just wanted them to know). The only minor issues were that the washer was squeaky and the dryer took about 3 cycles to dry (again- minor concern). The location to things on Marco was great, and we ended up bringing a boat and cruising up the waterways and off the island to some smaller, beachy islands where we found more shells than we could have imagined!

Kristi and her co-hosts were great. Their house was amazing. My kids loved fishing off the beautiful dock and swimming in their new beautiful pool. Everything was accessible by a 5-10 min drive or biking around the island. Their home was comfortable and provided everything we needed. We will definitely be back in the future.

Kristi's house was great! It is a quiet neighborhood and the house was extremely comfortable for us. Although we did not use the pool, we loved sitting out on the deck. It was a great location to begin our daily bike rides. I highly recommend this house and would rent again when returning to Marco Island.

Amazing location on the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and kayaks.

Great place. The home was very clean and as described. The kids enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the patio/dock. Easy access/easy Wi-Fi. Monstrous TV! Everything for the beach was there. Chairs, toys, towels, floats, cooler, and a beach bag.
You probably could ride the bikes to the beach but we had too much stuff to bring and drove. Parking for the beach is not the easiest on the island but can be done.
Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for us, family of 4. Easy access and very peaceful. It was great to use the bikes and kayaks. My child loves fishing, easy access from the boat dock. The pool was very nice
We tried different beaches and our favorite was Tigertail beach, very secluded.
It was a very relaxing stay and we would return.

We enjoyed the best weekend at Kristi's place. The home was very spacious and accommodating. We utilized each of the rooms and everyone in our party had a comfortable bed. Linens were nice as well. We spent much of our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. This was our first stay at Marco Island, and we will definitely be returning. We look forward to seeing if this home is available for our future stays.
Also want to include that in the images the pool might appear small but once you are in it, it very much is comfortable and plenty. Don't let looks deceive you! This home was perfect!

Amazing stay. Pool was wonderful. The deck and view was perfect. Such a quiet and relaxing area. We loved using the kayaks as well!
