The walk to the gondola was short and easy. & The pool, hot-tubs and sauna were great!One downside is that there is only space for 2 cars, with no recommendations or options for overnight parking elsewhere. The decor is lovely and functional. Full kitchen with all the cooking supplies one would need to prepare a hearty meal. Stayed Jan, 2023 Family Christmas Rented the unit for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Three couples within the family including two kids under 4. The unit had good accommodations for three adult couples and we could easily sleep two kids. One room had sufficient room for a pack n play to be setup. The location is great for access to the gondola. A big value of this location is the dedicated shuttle services that can you take you to the resort or town. We had 4 couples staying. The large kitchen and dining area was fantastic for our large group gatherings. All the bedrooms and baths were clean and functional. I wish the one bedroom in the lower area had a queen rather than a trundle bed for our fourth couple. The parking was tight for the 4 cars, but we managed quite nicely. Great place for 2 big families Nice accommodations but need AC in ALL bedrooms We celebrated our 60th anniversary here with 9 family members and an infant. The kitchen is a little small for cooking for that many but they do have lots of pans, dishes and equipment for cooking. My biggest problem was that only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had AC and it was VERY warm while we were there. There are 2 fans which were not sufficient and for this price there needs to be central air or at least an AC in each room. It also up two flights of stairs which I had not noticed. There is only space for 2 cars - one in the VERY small garage and one undercover. The other parking is quite a ways away but were told we could park along the street which worked out well. Overall though we had a great time in Steamboat Springs. Jason G. Stayed Mar, 2021 Great condo and amazing host! We had a great time at Phoenix 108! Megan, the owner, was extremely accommodating in working us to rearrange our dates because someone in our party came down with Covid the week we had to leave. Our stay was a lot of fun due to the proximity to the Gondola and lifts. We got out on First Tracks every morning and came back midday to the condo if we wanted to take a longer break. It was practically the same as ski in/ski out. The condo was in impeccable condition. The beds were comfortable and having the ensuite bathrooms for 3 of the 4 bedrooms was a huge plus. We loved the open concept kitchen, dining and living room layout. It was easy to cook, converse, and or watch TV with our large group of friends and family. We all would definitely come back and stay at this specific unit and would highly recommend it to groups of friends and families. Susan C. Stayed Jan, 2021 Met Our Needs Perfectly This property worked out well for our long-weekend ski getaway. Once we found the best route, we were able to walk/ski to/from the gondola/slopes in about 5 minutes. In fact, with the Virtual Gondola line they've implemented in Jan 2021, we were able to "get in line" before we started walking and cut our wait time to load by at least 10 minutes. The property itself is as advertised. Given the number of bedrooms, the common space is relatively small but met our needs. I LOVE having a gas fireplace and a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. It was also nice that there were enough humidifiers to have one in each bedroom. In terms of accessibility, there are two flights of stairs to the unit. And although advertised as a small garage that would only be able to hold a small vehicle, we were able to park our mid-size SUV with ski rack (skis removed) in the garage with no issues. Over the years, we have stayed in dozens of condos around the ski mountain. This unit has been recently updated with new bath finishes and new kitchen set up with new appliances. It is nicely furnished and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, too. It is in a great location, just a quick walk to the market and ski base. It was nice to have an enclosed garage, but we ended up parking outside since the weather was nice and our car was a bit too large for the garage space. We would definitely stay here again. We had to schedule pool time, due to COVID, but it wasn't hard to get a time while we appreciated the caution taken, and the pool area is nice. The pool looked clean and inviting. The temperature was nice.There were a couple of minor issues that would have minded more if it was a longer stay: the refrigerator wasn't cold enough, even though the temperature said 34 degrees, it didn't feel that cold and there wasn't an option to turn it down further. Also, the bed in the master was not firm enough for me, but that's a personal preference. Finally, we called to request a later check-out and didn't get a response. All-in-all, however, we would stay here again, as the price was very reasonable and it was generally comfortable and a nice space to be in. We'd ask them to fix the fridge first, though.
