At SkyRun Steamboat, we are delighted to offer you a single-bedroom, pet-friendly property that serves as the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nestled along the serene banks of the Yampa River, this beautiful new-build condo provides breathtaking mountain views from every window, ensuring a tranquil and picturesque setting for your stay in Steamboat Springs.

As you step into the condo, you will be greeted by a spacious open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your getaway. The dining table comfortably seats four, and it features an extender to accommodate additional dining space.

The living room invites you to unwind on a cozy sofa while enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV, where you can easily log in to your streaming accounts after an exhilarating day on the slopes of Steamboat's renowned champagne powder.

Step outside through the back patio door to immerse yourself in the stunning views and soothing sounds of the Yampa River. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying the beauty of nature, especially during the summer months when the area comes alive with vibrant scenery.

Conveniently located just a short distance from the ski resort—only a 10-minute bus ride away—this property is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. The free city bus stop is within walking distance, making it easy to access the slopes and all that Steamboat Springs has to offer.

Venture upstairs to discover the inviting bedroom, where large windows frame picturesque views of the resort and allow you to watch the snow gently fall as you wake up each morning. The bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen bed and an additional smart TV for your comfort and entertainment.

This condo is one of four, identical, single-bedroom condos in this building. It is the perfect spot to book one, or all three if there are multiple couples or groups traveling together.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Steamboat properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

IMPORTANT: There is a mandatory and non-refundable $300 fee for bringing along your pet(s). The number of pets may not exceed the maximum listed for this pet-friendly home. If you bring a pet, you WILL be charged for ALL extra damage and cleaning required. You must comply with any applicable local regulations. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside and must not disturb the peace. Animal cannot be aggressive to other people or animals (for example, it must not jump on or bite at neighbors). If there is a complaint of any type you will have to move your pet to a kennel at your expense immediately. You must pick up pet’s waste and remove it from the home and grounds before you depart (do not leave animal waste in trash containers). If you bring a pet to this property but have not indicated and paid for it on your reservation, you will be subject to immediate eviction of your party without refund,
