We love coming to Vermont, have stayed in many homes in the Warren area and this one was one of the best. Looking forward to next year and hopefully booking this again. Everything was great.One thing for guests to know is to check the hot tub chemical balance as soon as you arrive as well as the temperature. We had to add some chemicals to get the right balance so that was just a little delay for us, but other than that we spent a great amount of time by the pond, the hot tub, and relaxing in the living room. There was more space than we could use (which was a huge luxury!), a fun play room that the kids really enjoyed, comfortable spaces for us to relax as a family, and so much art and literature throughout the home. We slept well, too! We visited Ben & Jerry's in Waterbury Village; Get Air Trampoline Park in Williston; beautiful Oakledge Park & Beach in Burlington; Kenneth Ward Park for a quick swim; and VINS & Quechee Gorge. We loved the Warren General Store, too! The home had everythingwe could need and the personal touches were wonderful. Thank you so much for hosting our family! It was very spacious and great for hosting a large family getaway. The yard and house were well maintained, we had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) for cooking and grilling. On a lovely country road that was nice for walks and very close to Blueberry Lake for canoeing and swimming. Communication around trash removal could have been better (the transfer station for drop-off is closed on Sundays), but other than that we had a great time. Stayed Jun, 2022 A perfect place to relax Mad Meadows is really quite a wonderful spot. The “upside down” house takes advantage of the beautiful western views. There is plenty of space for multiple families to spread out and a fabulous playroom for the kids, not to mention beautiful perennial gardens, a pond and massive front lawn.
