While it is a lower level unit you can hear footsteps from the unit above. It is a very open unit with plenty of windows in the bedrooms and higher windows in the living area. It is a fun unit that is more contemporary and has just a touch of the barn look to it. The TV in the den gives the kids a place to escape and adds some privacy. The den also houses a sleeper couch for extra space if needed. Being a lower unit, La Pasta stays cool all summer long without the use of A/C. The den was the perfect spot for the kids to hang out when at the house. The house was clean and offered the amenities we needed. The proximity to Sugarbush was perfect, less than a minute drive without having to pay onsite prices. Plus, the private hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain. Most of us were there to ski Sugarbush Mountain which was a 3 minute car ride. There was a bus for transport but we just drove. The house was very clean, accommodated our party nicely and whatever questions we had before and during our stay were answered quickly. The kitchen had all the necessities for meal prep, but we didn't get too fancy. The hot tub fit 4 comfortably and 6 if you want to squeeze in.
