We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It had a beautiful view, was well stocked and it was clean and comfortable. Location is a short drive into town and central to surrounding attractions. Having a garage for the car was handy on those cold winter days/nights. We definitely made use of the air humidifiers (much appreciated).

Overall Sky Run was very accommodating the pool was closed and they were able to sort out another way for us to enjoy the rec center. There was plenty of room in the unit for 4 adults and two children. We appreciated the high chair. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental and had plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, and more. We would recommend this unit.

Great condo - poor communication

We enjoyed our stay in Dillon - the condo was clean and updated and in a wonderful location with incredible views. The check-in process was rough as there was no key in the lock box. We were checking in after 6pm, and there was no number available to contact a property manager at that hour. The only number in the email I received had a message stating it was after office hours. There was no emergency/urgent office. VRBO was also unable to contact the property manager. My family and I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes while trying to get ahold of someone to locate a key to the property. We fully understand that things happen, but an emergency number should be available to renters. After this was corrected we were told a manager would call us, but they never did. Overall the property was wonderful, just an unfortunate experience with check in and communication.

We are in the office everyday from 8am-8pm, and if we step out to do any deliveries, our phones do continue to ring, and do offer an afterhours extension, one just had to listen to all the prompts to get there. I am so sorry there was any bit of inconvenience, that is again nothing we want to have our guests experience. We do hope you will come back and stay with us again, and we will have everything set perfectly for you this go. The place was great. It needs a new coffee pot. The coffee pot was a small one like you would have in a motel room. It holds maybe 2 cups. There was 5 of us. Everything else was great. We really like the view.

Exactly as advertised

Wonderfully appointed Condo in the heart of Summit County. Our trip was over thanksgiving vacation, and we found plenty to do around the area with 2 teenagers (snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing). The property managers checked in (by phone) to make sure our stay was going well. Then, on the day we were checking out, a path had been shoveled so we didnt have to load everything in the snow! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely book this condo again.

Loved the views!

We stayed in this area before, which is why we returned. Loved watching the activity on the lake and the view of the mountains. Minutes from several hiking trails. Close (but not too close) to downtown Dillon and Silverthorne and I-70. Summit County is a special place for us. I hope that we have the opportunity to return.

The place was great. Perfect size for our family of 6. The view was amazing. The location was perfect and centralized to everything we wanted to do. The club house pool was warm and the hot tub were great. It was my husbands first non-hotel experience, and he was not disappointed.

Excellent stay!

The view of the lake and mountains from the condo cant be best. Access to the rec path was just across the hwy. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a good size kitchen and updated surfaces. Would def return.

Enjoyed our stay, location was great

View was awesome, response of management company was fantastic, easy to communicate. Beds were clean and comfortable and living room furniture was great to sit and watch the changing clouds/weather over the lake and mountains.Only issue is be aware the road noise is very loud - you do not hear a peep of it inside, but it makes sitting on the patio to enjoy the view a bit difficult. Also no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in Colorado.Overall enjoyed our stay, the view was great, the location so convenient to much.

Perfect Stay

Had a great weekend.

Property was easy to get to, centrally located, clean. It fit our 5 person family wonderfully. The condo was well stocked with utensils and towels. It has an amazing view of Lake Dillon! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing!

Great Location

We came to Colorado to visit family and to be able to stay in the mountains on our vacation. This condo is in a perfect location close to all ski resorts and Dillon. Great views of Lake Dillon, it felt like home. The only down fall are the beds need to be replaced.

Very cozy condo!

My family and I loved the view of Lake Dillon and location of this property. While we couldn't get the fireplace to work, the property warmed fast with regular heating. The only disappointment was the mattresses weren't comfortable for the adults, but my granddaughter loved the bunkbed! We enjoyed our visit to Keystone and this cozy property.

Gorgeous lake views and perfect location for any mountain activity. We brought teenagers and our bikes, and we all found great things to keep us busy. The Dillon trail is just across the highway, pretty easy to cross carefully. We biked the 18-mile loop a few times, what an amazing ride! Condo had the best stocked kitchen Ive ever had, like I was in my own back home! Furniture was comfy and so were the beds. Highway was noisy, as expected, and had to close the windows during busy travel times. But the first morning we woke up early to catch the sunrise and moon set, we were blessed by nature (wish I could post my amazing pictures!) We very much enjoyed our stay in this great location and the communication was excellent, easy check in. Well be back!

Very comfortable & well-stocked condo. Great stay!

This was a great location away from the busy ski villages and super convenient to drive to all of the ski resorts and into town. The view is truly wonderful since you are across from Lake Dillon. The condo is on the 3rd floor and we had the best view of any we have experienced in this area. We watched the walkers, bikers and cross-country skiers out on the lake each day and tried to ski there since they groom a trail on the lake. Unfortunately, the walkers and bikers tear up the path. Additional Pros: (1) most well-stocked kitchen I have ever rented including 2 blenders, crockpot, all cooking implements, great appliances, (2) main bed was comfortable (3) space was clean and tidy, (4) great TCL TV so could access my AmazonPrime video account and watch awesome movies, (5) wi-fi was easy and fast, (6) great check-in & check-out texts and emails, (7) Skyrun management company was super responsive and brought us batteries right away when needed for the remote control. (7) This location was super close to drive into town and was much more convenient than trying to drive all the way from Keystone. I would definitely stay again due to this convenience. (8) Garage was great because it snowed several nights and it fit our mid-size SUV just fine. Not so great: as others have written, there is a road between the condo and the lake so you will have road noise when the living room sliding doors are open. (9) When it comes time to sleep, the bedrooms face the other side (non-road side) so is very peaceful at night. Also, the owners were clever and installed double sliding doors to mitigate the noise on the road side so the living space is very peaceful and private when doors are closed. I highly recommend this condo for a winter ski vacation location.

Great Place!

Space and layout was great for family of 5. The kids loved each having their own bed to sleep in. I had to call SkyRun several times with questions and later after we checked out upon realizing that I left come clothes in the dryer. They were very responsive and accommodating.

Great views of Lake Dillon

Great location for winter activities, easy access to all the local mountains. Great views of Lake Dillon from the balcony, which makes for a relaxing experience. Kitchen is well stocked for a rental, but youll need to get creative with glasses and cutting boards (lots of mugs but few glasses and only one tiny cutting board that we could find). Cozy space with a fireplace and seating for plenty. We would return to this condo!

Nice location near town and can walk across the highway to access a rocky beach. 15 min to Frisco. Nice views, byh traffic makes it hard to enjoy the patio. Bedrooms are in back side so can open windows for fresh air and quiet. Super clean, comfy beds and great place for a family or 2 couples. Hosts were very responsive and overall a great place to stay!

Amazing place with amazing views! We enjoyed the deck every morning with a cup of coffee and fresh cool mountain air! The place had everything we needed for our family getaway. Plenty of local places to visit and things to do. The only drawback was the hwy in front of the lake was pretty busy at times, but I would enjoy this location again just the same!

Loved the location!

Beautiful view from the condo. Absolutely everything we needed was available. We would stay here again for sure. Only complaints would be that the master bed bedding was not clean when we arrived. I washed it and they brought us new bedding the next morning. The carpet going into the master bath is getting worn. If you step just right you will feel the nails coming through. Nice area and very enjoyable.

Great Top Floor condo with an EXCELLENT view!

My wife and I wanted a vacation spot to get away from the city area and this was PERFECT for us! It is on the top floor w/ a large area outside to enjoy the view of the lake and mountains. It is less than 5 minutes from 'downtown' Dillon, about an hour from Red Rocks, 1hr and 15 or so from Denver, and 15 mins or so from some amazing ski slopes. Gas fireplace w/ a quick start remote and a comfortable king bed. Best part was the rates we got to stay there. Thanks!

Great condo for family of 6! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to restaurants and stores. Everything was a short driving distance away. Spent the days at Keystone and Copper Mountain and felt so good to relax at the end of a long day. We had everything we needed to cook some of our meals too. The one suggestion I have is that the condo needed a bigger coffee pot (only 4 cups). Overall the experience was amazing and easy. Would definitely consider renting again!

Super clean, updated and well stocked with almost all necessities (except no toaster), great layout for family and couples, comfortable couches and beds (dining chairs not so much), great space for ski/snow gear, and of course a beautiful view of Lake Dillon (although there is some traffic noise during the day). Quick ride to resorts, easy walk to shuttle (except going to resort you have to cross 6, coming back is better), and neighborhood seems super safe and friendly. Easy walk to smallish clubhouse, pool and hot tub were not working great when we were there (hot tub fits about 6 adults). Sauna was great. Parking was easy, garage is helpful but follow directions to unit as google maps is a little off. Management is very responsive and helpful.
