April Stayed Jul, 2022 Review We really enjoyed the beautiful and convenient location of this home. It was centrally located for all of our activities, and it was comfortable for our family and pup. The only issue was that we ran out of toilet paper and soap for our lengthy stay. Also, this would not be suitable for anyone who has issues with stairs at all. Stayed Aug, 2021 Perfect location we travel to frisco annually and its only two adults and our pup and this was great. its actually on the frisco trail and ten mile creek so morning dog walks were easy as was the walk to all the great breakfast spots on main street. if youre a hiker you have access to several great hikes without having to get in the car. the condo was perfect for us and our dog. i will say if youre not prepared to take three flights of stairs may want to look at sky rentals properties on a lower floor but it wasnt a problem for us except maybe for the day we did a 14er 🙂 would def stay here again. However the bedrooms are spacious bathrooms are nice and the TV and other audio equipment is good . Nicely decorated. Ashley Stayed Jul, 2019 Review Cute, cozy unit on the third floor of a condominium complex just off the I-70, and a short walk to everything in downtown Frisco. The unit itself overlooks the creek and a large parking lot. The two bedrooms were well appointed, and each has its own en suite bathroom, which was great for our group of three adults. They even had some humidifers for each room which was perfect given how dry the air can be up there. Worth noting that the couches were brand new / updated from the ones shown in the photos here (bonus!). Only note would be that check-out was on the early side at 10am and the cleaning staff let themselves in (without knocking) about 10 minutes early. Fortunately we were just gathering our bags in the kitchen, but would have appreciated a knock or to wait until actual check-out time, as we rushed our way out just after that. Tricia Q. The condo was very nice - clean, well stocked, roomy, comfy beds and nice view. The overall process from booking to checking out was so easy. Great location - close to groceries, restaurants, movie theater. Our only complaint was the road noise from I70. We couldn't hear it when the windows/doors were closed but we love to leave them open when in the mountains and the traffic noise drowned out the birds chirping and leaves rustling. It was great having a covered parking spot because we had a large hail storm. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It's a great setup for 2 couples. Only complaint is that the mattress on one of the beds was horrible and had a huge "hole" in the middle where you sink to so sleeping wasn't the best. Barbara R. Stayed Feb, 2019 Nice and Conveniently Located Condo If you don't want to pay the the ski in/ski out prices for a place at Copper this is probably your best bet. 10 min drive to the slopes and a short walk to downtown Frisco. Well equipt with comfortable beds. No elevator so be prepared to lug your gear up to the third floor. Under ground parking but only 7' max height according to the sign. I recommend this condo for skiers and non-skiers due to the fact that it is walking distance to downtown Friscos shops, restaurants and history museum while at the same time easy on and off I70 to Copper and Vail as well as Breckenridge and Keystone. Laid out efficiently, appointed nicely and with a cool laid back location blocks away from the Frisco restaurants and businesses.We used the kitchen to cook a number of times and it worked out great. The washer and dryer were a little loud but also came in handy. We hiked the trail behind our unit with our dog and it was pretty neat. Also the access to the highway just one turn away was nice and only a 10 min drive from Copper mountain. We did also try the free bus to Copper across the street and that was also really convenient.The dedicated parking spot was cool since it was covered and the ski locker was handy right behind it even though we never really used it. We brought a chromecast and hooked it up the WiFi so that we could watch our own cable and movies. It worked out great. Also each bedroom had its own TV in addition to the living area.If I had to knock anything it would be that the bed pillows were a little stiff. Also the trip up the stairs with no elevator was a bit of a beating whenever unloading or loading the trip, bringing in groceries, or taking the dog for a walk multiple times a day. But we knew what we were getting into on that front. Everyone was relatively in shape so it was ok, but I cant imagine someone older or what would happen if someone got hurt and wound up on crutches during the stay. Also responses to my messages via the VRBO app were non existent, not sure anyone is monitoring them which was a bit annoying. On arrival day we didnt know how the lock worked and just called the number. That response was quick and they took care of us very quickly.Overall all it was cool and even though I might look at other options just to see I would not hesitate returning to this unit. We hit up Keystone, Breck and Copper a number of times and had no issues as far as location and quick accessibility. Also the outer range brewery 10 min away was cool and allows you to bring in food and your dog, so basically I was sold. Robert B. Perfect size for our group of 5 and two furry dogs. The commute to the mountain was quick and easy and there is a really great trail behind the building for walks - even when its covered in snow! Stayed Sep, 2016 Great stay - no complaints The condo was well equipped with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, sponge, coffee and things you don't always expect to be provided so that was very nice. easy to check in / out of the condo as they give you the code to the lock no key exchange etc. Place wasn't very big but was very comfortable (i would say 4 ppls max), great location we walked to main st everyday / night, highway can be a bit loud but the stream helps a bit. Pathway to bike, walk dog, etc is right behind the complex. Third story location with only stairs so this place isn't for the out of shape! Overall I would recommend this place and stay here again - only negative was the TV was not HD - we went elsewhere to watch a football game HuskerFamily Stayed Apr, 2016 Feels like home We stayed here with our two boys, ages 8 and 6 for a long ski weekend. We all slept well and it felt like we were at home when we could wake up, make coffee, and eat a good breakfast. The condo is clean, decorated with a lot of thought, and has a beautiful view from the back deck. We would definitely come back! Emweb88 Stayed Aug, 2015 Perfect Spot for Skiing or Frisco Sightseeing A couple friends and I booked this place for a last minute trip to get one more ski weekend in before the season was over. WOW! First of all, it is super easy to get to and on top of that we ended up only being five minutes away from Copper Mountain. Even if you aren't going up to ski, this condo had easy on and off access to the interstate and was so close to many restaurants and hiking trails that it made it a really awesome location. The condo itself is spacious and beautifully decorated (another place we stayed had ducks everywhere...) and was so cozy to come back to every night.
