There is covered parking which means no digging out your car in the morning. Host is very responsive. The Club House with the hot tub and pool was closed during our visit but we were able to use the Club House at the neighboring location which was a relief. I would stay here again. Stayed Mar, 2023 2023 Snowboarding Adventure Snowboarded every day at Keystone mountain, except for one day we went backcountry with Kyle at Colorado Adventure Guides. Had a fire every night! It was great to have such a nice kitchen to cook in, we saved a ton of cash on eating out! The spa in the pictures is not operational, but just next door there is a much nicer rebuilt spa that we enjoyed several days. I thought it was going to be small but it was very spacious. Last year we stayed on resort in basically a hotel room, this was 1 million times better! We love downtown Dillon and this condo is right on the trail that goes around the Dillon Dam. Close to a playground for young kids and great restaurants. It is walking distance from the marina which was great because parking at the marina can get pretty tight especially during the pond hockey tournament. Downtown was also a short drive away which meant easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc. We worked from home from this apartment for a week and the wifi held up well. It is also a quick drive to skiing at both Keystone and Breckenridge. Communication with the host was also great, SkyRun always texted back very quickly. Wish we were able to stay here longer! The balcony overlooking Lake Dillon and the mountains isn't done enough justice from the photos - it's absolutely beautiful. A cozy living room with very comfortable recliners. Kitchen is a bit outdated, but everything works great. Solid showers, comfortable beds. My girlfriend and I were working from home, and the WiFi was plenty good enough to support both of us (lots of Zoom calls). We love the town of Dillon - enjoyed Lili's Bistro, Cafe Pro Fusion, and Argentos Empanadas for takeout + Arapahoe Cafe and Sabor Mazatlan for dine in. Plenty of other good restaurants in Frisco + a Whole Foods. And of course, can't beat being right in the middle of 5 awesome ski mountains - Keystone, Breck, A Basin, Loveland, and Copper.
