This unit also has Wi-Fi, new leather furniture, a full kitchen, cable TV, VCR, stereo, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wonderful deck with amazing views. This unit is also on the top floor. Please note that this complex does not have an elevator, and there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the condo.

Summer activities: The Lake Dillon Marina offers daily motor and sailboat rentals and a lakeside restaurant with live music on weekends. Take a water taxi across the lake to the town of Frisco for shopping and lunch on Frisco’s Main Street. The condo is only 6 miles from Keystone, 9 miles from A-Basin, 12 miles from Copper, and 15 miles from Breckenridge, all of which offer several golf courses, downhill cycling, hiking, gondola rides to mountaintop dining, and art and music festivals. The Lake Dillon Bike Path passes just below the condo and connects to 100 miles of cycling and jogging paths running to Vail, Breckenridge, Copper, and Keystone. Explore the many fabulous hiking trails in the area, including Loveland Pass, Hoosier Pass, the Colorado Trail, and Swan Mountain. Enjoy fishing or kayaking on Lake Dillon and Snake River, or horseback riding at the Keystone stables.

Just a 4-block walk from the condo, you will find two outdoor kids play parks, public tennis courts, and baseball fields. On Friday and Saturday nights, pack a picnic, grab the lawn chairs, and walk four blocks to the Dillon Amphitheater for their Summer Concert Series. Participate in local festivals and events such as the Keystone Wine Festival or the Breckenridge Beer Festival in July.

We are located just 70 miles from Denver and minutes from I-70. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the condo. Come enjoy all that Summit County and our condo have to offer! We truly hope it becomes your home away from home!

This is a great apartment that is nearby local ski mountains. There is covered parking which means no digging out your car in the morning. Host is very responsive. The Club House with the hot tub and pool was closed during our visit but we were able to use the Club House at the neighboring location which was a relief. I would stay here again.

Great condo right by the water. Ideal location for summer activities on the lake and concerts at Dillon Amphitheatre. Nice deck space with amazing views of lake/mountains and a nice grill. Kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated but was not an issue for us. Would stay again.

2023 Snowboarding Adventure

Snowboarded every day at Keystone mountain, except for one day we went backcountry with Kyle at Colorado Adventure Guides. Had a fire every night! It was great to have such a nice kitchen to cook in, we saved a ton of cash on eating out! The spa in the pictures is not operational, but just next door there is a much nicer rebuilt spa that we enjoyed several days. I thought it was going to be small but it was very spacious. Last year we stayed on resort in basically a hotel room, this was 1 million times better! The only thing to complain about is that the light switches in the master bath are a little wonky, you guys should replace those.

Perfect for our family

This was a great two bed, two bath condo close to popular ski areas. We love downtown Dillon and this condo is right on the trail that goes around the Dillon Dam. Close to a playground for young kids and great restaurants. The decor is a little dated, but the condo is well cared for and very clean. Would recommend

Weekend Ski Trip

Nice property. Lots of positives. Only negatives were it is on the top floor (lots of stairs) and the master bathroom light and fan did not work consistently. For the price, I would rent it again.

Great location

The place is good, the location is great.We stay at the Marina a lot and we learned to stay in the higher levels to reduce the noise.The place is comfortable and has everything you need.There are some things that should be taken care of like the clogged tub and the lights not working properly in the smaller bathroom. Nothing that would make bit want to come back, but could appreciate if it was fixed.Overall a great experience.

Excellent stay for family vacation

Beautiful views from a comfortably roomy deck. Conveniently located to Lake Dillon, the Marina, and shopsall within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Excellent quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, and gas grillespecially for a rental. Responsive and helpful management.

The lack of elevator is a slight challenge at this altitude, but the view from the balcony is a huge payoff. There have been some tasteful updates to make this an extremely comfortable unit.

If you are looking for a location with a View this is the place. Right next to the Marina, several hot food spots to check out (Tiki Bar). It may not have been our first time to CO but 2 traveling with it was and they loved this spot. Highly recommend for a great stay around Lake Dillion. Thanks

Location was good. Hot water broke first day but they fixed it. Easy to chat via text with them. My only complaint is you can hear others above and below you which may wake you if youre staying in the room with the twin beds. Overall it was good.

Very cute and cozy apartment with a great location. It is walking distance from the marina which was great because parking at the marina can get pretty tight especially during the pond hockey tournament. Downtown was also a short drive away which meant easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc. We worked from home from this apartment for a week and the wifi held up well. It is also a quick drive to skiing at both Keystone and Breckenridge. Communication with the host was also great, SkyRun always texted back very quickly. Wish we were able to stay here longer!

Very nice and great location

I've been using Air BnB for 10 years, and this property and the helpfulness from SkyRun was the best experience I've ever had. They were available to answer all our questions, and even helped us find our way around a tremendous traffic jam that saved us _hours_ when some roads were closed from snow. I'll be prioritizing finding SkyRun properties to rent in the future!

Spent two incredible months here. The balcony overlooking Lake Dillon and the mountains isn't done enough justice from the photos - it's absolutely beautiful. A cozy living room with very comfortable recliners. Kitchen is a bit outdated, but everything works great. Solid showers, comfortable beds. My girlfriend and I were working from home, and the WiFi was plenty good enough to support both of us (lots of Zoom calls). We love the town of Dillon - enjoyed Lili's Bistro, Cafe Pro Fusion, and Argentos Empanadas for takeout + Arapahoe Cafe and Sabor Mazatlan for dine in. Plenty of other good restaurants in Frisco + a Whole Foods. And of course, can't beat being right in the middle of 5 awesome ski mountains - Keystone, Breck, A Basin, Loveland, and Copper. Vail only 30 minutes away too. Would love to come back one day.

Great stay for New Years and skiing

Our family stayed over New Years week for several days of skiing. Place was nice and clean and perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the two twin beds (many places only have queen beds which won't work for two teenagers!). Due to the pandemic, we stayed in and cooked dinner every night and played games and watched movies. Loved the Blu-Ray player! Also had great views of the mountains!

Magical Destination

We had never been to Colorado before and were seeking a specific location and property. Wow! We found it! The property was perfect for our needs! Gorgeous views of the lake and mountain, comfortable lodging, and everything you need to make your stay warm and cozy are found in this unit!
