This beautifully remodeled home can accommodate up to 9 guests and features vaulted ceilings, a private deck, a private washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, large closets, spacious bedrooms, and a private hot tub!

The upstairs level features the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, an additional half bath, and a private balcony. The living area has plenty of seating for the entire group to gather around the gas fireplace and large smart TV. The kitchen is remodeled with new granite countertops and all new appliances. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar that seats 4. There is a dining room area off the kitchen that seats 10, making it the perfect spot for the entire group to enjoy meals together. The main floor is full of warm light from the large windows that surround the space. Open the doors to let in the mountain breeze in the summer, or step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. There is a powder room on this main level as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full jetted tub, shower, and his-and-hers sinks.

Great location

Loved our stay at 928 Lakepoint Circle. The location is convenient to the bike path, hiking, fishing, grocery stores, and quick access to I 70 to go to Copper, Vail, Keystone and Breck. The ceilings are high with big windows to let light in. The furniture and beds are comfy. Plenty of games for the family to play. Property management is quick to respond to any issues.

We had a great visit! What was really nice about this particular place was the attention to detail. We had everything we needed, plus some little extras. For example, an easy on off switch for the fireplace, the heating pad for ski injuries, even medication, and first aid, if needed, thankfully, we did not. It is conveniently located to a number of shops and restaurants, but having a car is the most convenient way to get to those. it was centrally located for easily getting to Breckenridge, Vail and Copper Mountain!

Perfect rental

This property is very clean. All of the beds and bedding were fabulous. Lives the induction stove, boiling water in just a few minutes. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, bowls, pots, pans, and even storage containers for left overs. Close to all our activities,; biking, fishing, golfing, Pickleball, and hiking. Also close to grocery stores. Loved using the hot tub every single day. It was a memorable summer.

Clean and comfortable condo in a convenient location!

We had an incredible stay at this home. To start our stay, we were given clear and easy check-in instructions. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, kitchenware, etc. The condo is very conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Frisco. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.
