Review

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, great location, kitchen was well equipped, and plenty of linens. Only mixup was being provided invalid door code via email. I called the property management and they apologized and provided it immediately. Overall my family would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

What a great place! My two children and their families all stayed in this townhouse and it worked out perfectly! The house was clean and well stocked, and having 3 bedrooms with 3 baths was exactly what we needed. The location was great, and easy walking distance to any place in town. Fisco is also close to the other ski areas that we stayed busy skiing, sledding, skating and shopping the whole time.

Great location and accommodations

Beautiful place with everything one could want or need. Kitchen had everything you need and more. Walk to downtown in two minutes. Heated garage great for skis etc. Spent two weeks including Christmas and we all had an amazing holiday. Staff was exceedingly responsive and accommodating.

Great holiday break

Three well appointed bedrooms, 3 pull out twin beds upstairs for kids, and lots of seating in the common areas. The kitchen had every single thing we needed for cooking for the family, and given COVID precautions in Summit County, we cooked at home almost every meal. We took advantage of games, and grandma watched a lot of movies in the queen bedroom where there didn't seem to be cable.Only downsides were no remote for upstairs tv (but downstairs remote worked on it), and as mentioned in other reviews, the detached garage makes it a little hard to load/unload to 2nd floor, but overall beautiful property and exactly what we needed for a nice holiday break. Thanks!

Adequate but not the best in town

Having recently stayed at a nearby 3BR property For the same nightly rate in Frisco, we arrived with high expectations. Our expectations required minor re-calibration as we discovered not all three bedroom townhouses are equal. Here's what we found.Pros: well decorated unit, well-stocked,beautiful kitchen, beds and baths very nicely appointed and private, loft area great for reading, nice location within easy walking distance to town. Cons: Garage is not attached and is so narrow that it's very difficult to get in and out of an SUV, you have to haul your stuff out of the garage and up two flights of outdoor snow steps, no BBQ grill, the only deck is off of loft on upper level, outdated lock box with only one key (why not an electronic entry system?) fluorescent light bulbs CFLs (not LED) throughout, no easy way to recycle and minimal hand soap throughout townhouse even in COVID time. Our last rental also offered hand sanitizer, masks and disinfecting wipes (in addition to adequate amounts of hand soap.) A few minor tweaks could make this place more hospitable and energy/recycling friendly but theres really no solution for the separate, detached, very narrow garage.

This is a wonderfully finished and equipped 3 bedroom condo. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are all so very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Very close to Main Street and to skiing. When we come back, I will try to get this place again.

Perfect Home!

Beautiful place, great location.

We stayed here with 2 families, a total of 8 adults. Plenty of space for all of us. Within walking distance to downtown Frisco for good food and shops. Easy drive to several ski resorts. The property managers were very friendly and helpful.

The Perfect Condo

This condo rental has been one of the best we have experienced in our many vacations. The condo was beautifully furnished with the latest high end finishes plus it was very well equiped and stocked with anything we could need. We especially liked the sleeping accommodations which provided comfortable, spacious rooms for our 6 adults and 2 children to sleep. The 3 bathrooms were an extra bonus. There was also plenty of parking! It is evident that the owners take great pride in their property. The location was centally located and within walking distance of the marina and downtown area plus it had easy access to Hwy 9. The one drawback was its proximity to the Hwy which created some noise but the positives far outweighed this one negative. We would definitely stay there again.
