Stayed Dec, 2020 Winter Vacation We stayed here as a get away the week before Christmas. There were many places around to visit just a short drive to Breckenridge and Keystone! There is a Target down the road which was super convenient. All the rooms were very nice (there was a extra padded mattress in the closet we added to our bed just for extra comfort). I liked that there were lots of extra blankets and the Kitchen literally had everything you needed we baked cookies used the crock pot and had lots of meals since a lot was only take out because of Covid. My only suggestion is maybe providing a Roku because when there was a lot of snow the channels didnt work on the tv but other then that everything was great and we would recommend to stay here ! Robin R. Stayed Dec, 2020 Fabulous condo! This is a fabulous condo with the most spectacular views you have ever seen! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could ever need. We stayed the week of Christmas and had a wonderful time. Great location and easy access to sledding, Lake Dillon and Breckinridge where we did a Christmas Eve sleigh ride. The DISH television was a challenge and did not operate consistently which was an issue with small children. But, we will book here again and can’t wait to return! The place was very clean and was a cozy place to spend our evenings after a long day of activities. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with updated appliances, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, etc. Prompt response by maintenance for issue with the door. Great location- both Keystone and Breckenridge are nearby. The complex itself is pretty dated but the owner of this unit has updated the kitchen and appliances, as well as bathrooms and carpet. Lots of hot water which was a plus, especially when only 1 hot tub in building and lots of people vying for it (at least when we went which was a really busy time). Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck.Couple things that would make it even better: Second lock for the ski rack. Properly locking deck doors (we had some issues with this but was addressed promptly the next day with a temporary solution), better mattresses on the twin bunk beds, more towels (or addition of towels for the hot tub). At least a small amount of firewood provided for wood burning fireplace. Also note the address and GPS coordinates aren't right. The pictures, on the website, made the rooms look bigger than what they were. The place states it sleeps 10, which is true. However there are not enough towels for 10 people. There were 6 of us, luckily two people brought their own. There were two chairs at the kitchen table with halfway broken legs. It appears that someone tried fixing them. Luckily none of us sat in the chairs because they could have easily come apart. I did not mention the chairs to the rental company because we somehow managed not to sit in them. I did notice them as we were cleaning up. Another side note but no biggie, the front bedroom does get a little hot when the heat is on vs the other rooms. When using the shower, it either gets very hot or very cold. It is hard to get just warm water. Over all, I would rent the place again. It was very quiet and at the end of the hall, which was perfect. I can deal with the things I found except for maybe replacing the chairs. M Arnold Stayed Mar, 2014 Awesome place to stay for a family!! I picked this condo for the price and because its close to Silverthorne shopping. It was a nice clean place and the maintance guys did a great job keeping the parking lot and sidewalks clear after show would fall. I personally didn't use any of the extras like the pool or hot tub but my kids did and were very happy. I didn't realize this condo was so far up so once we would leave for skiing or shopping we didn't want to go back until we were done for the day. As far as inside the condo the master bed is very soft and comfy but squeeks everytime you move! My kids thought the queen bed in the other room was hard. The water in the shower would go hot to cold to very hot. Not sure what that was about. One other thing is when you say a condo sleeps 10 then there should be enough towels for 10. Put out 2 in each bathroom and the rest under the sink or in the closet. There were no instructions on how or where to get more and I should of called Skyrun to ask but I don't like to bother people. There was only 5 of us for two nights so we did fine. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. Overall very happy with the whole trip. I love Skyrun rentals!!!
