It's location is conveniently close to the Marina, Friday Farmer's Market, restaurants and the bowling alley. It was hot in July, but the unit gets a good cross breeze and is equipped with fans. Dillon Reservoir is a great destination for kayaking with its many islands and calm morning waters.
