We stayed at this property several times last winter. It is perfect! Fantastic location, perfect sleeping set-up, plenty of space and restrooms. The hot tub is spectacular. As a caution for seniors, there are a lot of stairs and fairly narrow in case you arent able to climb stairs easily.The location and views are priceless. Important to note this is run by a company and not an individual through Airbnb - We were a bit confused with the parking situation and when we called the company that runs the rental, they told us there were 4 or 5 locations with the same exact address and apartment letter as ours and wed have to figure out the name of the neighborhood before they could help us. It felt very strange they couldnt identify where we were staying to help out. At the end of our stay we got a phone call asking us to post a 5 star review. 5 stars for the condo, but 3 for the company you have to go through. Host's response: Thanks, Matt for the review. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Skiied Copper, Abasin and Winter Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Humidifiers provided. Beds were comfortable. 5 minutes from grocery store. The main reason we stayed was because of the tub and it not working the last two nights really was a disappointment. Stayed Dec, 2021 Good value and location The house is great for a bigger group of people. Location is close to Frisco shopping, downtown, and all of the mountains. There are a lot of stairs in the house so may not be best for children but with the fireplace and hot tub, it was perfect for an weekend getaway. Great response times by the management company as well for answering any questions. The house is missing some basic items like seran wrap, tin foil, bags, etc so pack some of your own!
