This two-story condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both located downstairs. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and attached full bathroom, creating a comfortable private retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features two twin beds, making it a great option for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Upstairs, the home opens into the main living spaces, where warm wood paneling, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable furnishings create a cozy cabin atmosphere. The living room features a Smart TV, making it easy to relax with a movie or your favorite shows after a day in the mountains. The living room sofa also pulls out to accommodate 2 more for sleeping.

A large farmhouse-style dining table provides a welcoming place for everyone to gather for meals, games, or conversation.

The kitchen is a galley-style space but is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

A laundry room is also located upstairs for added convenience.

Just off the living room, the private deck offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the surrounding aspen grove and fresh mountain air. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day outdoors, it's a lovely place to take in the tranquil Northstar setting.

Amenities
The condo is located just minutes from Northstar Village, making it easy to enjoy the resort’s restaurants, shops, seasonal activities, and après-ski atmosphere. The complimentary Northstar shuttle provides convenient transportation to the resort, making it especially easy to get to the slopes during the winter season.

Gated parking is available for up to two cars, offering convenient and secure parking close to the condo.

As a guest of the Northstar Owners Property Association, you also have access to the NPOA Recreation Center for a daily access fee per person. The recreation center offers swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness center, along with additional recreational amenities including a sauna and basketball court. Availability may vary by season.

The Area
Northstar is a premier year-round Tahoe destination, offering a beautiful setting for outdoor adventure in every season.

During winter, guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Northstar Resort, along with snowshoeing, ice skating, and other mountain activities. In summer, the area comes alive with hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, and easy access to Lake Tahoe.

Northstar Village provides a convenient gathering place with dining, shopping, and seasonal events, while nearby Truckee offers a charming historic downtown filled with local restaurants, boutiques, cafés, and galleries.

Lake Tahoe’s north shore is also just a short drive away, where visitors can enjoy the area’s crystal-clear waters and spectacular mountain scenery. From summer days on the lake to snowy winter adventures, this location makes it easy to experience the best of Northstar, Truckee, and the surrounding Tahoe mountains.
