The Home
Welcome to your Tahoe Park retreat on the beautiful West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This thoughtfully updated two-story home offers four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for relaxing after a day at the lake or exploring the mountains.

Enter through the lower level, where a convenient mudroom provides a place to drop shoes, jackets, and outdoor gear before settling in. The lower level also features a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. This additional living space gives the home a flexible layout, creating a cozy spot to relax, watch a movie, or give different members of the family their own space to unwind.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting main living area. Comfortable furnishings create a welcoming place to gather, while the open layout connects the living room with the kitchen. The updated kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dishwasher, coffee setup, spices, and the essentials you need for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner together.

Two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom are located upstairs, creating a comfortable separation between the home's sleeping and gathering spaces.

Step outside onto the spacious back deck, where you'll find outdoor seating, a gas bbq, and private hot tub surrounded by the peaceful Tahoe landscape.

The home has been cleanly and thoughtfully updated throughout, with comfortable furnishings and a relaxed Tahoe style. Two separate living areas make it especially convenient for families, while four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide plenty of room to settle in and enjoy a longer stay.
The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles, and an EV charger is available for guests traveling with an electric vehicle.

The Amenities
One of the highlights of staying in Tahoe Park is access to the private Tahoe Park HOA beach and pier, along with a beautiful lakeside park. Spend the afternoon swimming in Lake Tahoe, relaxing along the shoreline, or taking in the views from the pier. It's a particularly beautiful spot to enjoy the lake without having to drive somewhere else for the day.

The West Shore also has a wonderful collection of casual restaurants, cafés, and local businesses nearby. Sunnyside, West Shore Market, and Firesign Café are all close to the home, creating a charming little area where you can grab breakfast and coffee, pick up groceries, or enjoy a relaxed meal.

The Area
Tahoe Park is a peaceful residential community along Lake Tahoe's West Shore, surrounded by towering pines and some of the lake's most beautiful scenery. Its location gives you a quieter Tahoe experience while keeping you close to restaurants, beaches, recreation, and mountain resorts.
Tahoe City is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to head into town for restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, shopping, the marina, and access to the Truckee River. Closer to home, the West Shore has a distinctly local Tahoe feel with favorite local spots.

In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe at Homewood Mountain Resort, just a short drive south along the West Shore.

Palisades Tahoe is also within easy reach for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and year-round mountain activities and events. Whether you're visiting for a ski weekend or a summer adventure, the location makes it easy to explore beyond the West Shore.

During the warmer months, spend your days swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, hiking, or mountain biking.

The nearby Truckee River is another favorite summer destination, particularly around Tahoe City, where you can enjoy river floating and explore the surrounding trails and waterways.
