As you arrive, you have the option to enter through the mudroom—a practical space complete with outdoor gear storage and a laundry area, making it easy to unpack after a day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.
The heart of the home is the bright, open-concept living area, where floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows fill the space with natural light and bring the surrounding forest indoors. The windows overlook the front deck of the home. Vaulted ceilings create an airy feel, while the cozy fireplace and comfortable seating invite everyone to gather for movie nights, board games, or quiet evenings after a day exploring Tahoe.

The adjoining kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, whether you're cooking a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or gathering around the table for a family dinner. The open layout allows the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow effortlessly together, making it easy to stay connected throughout your stay.

On the main level, you'll find two welcoming guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and fresh linens, along with a full bathroom conveniently located in the hall.

Upstairs, an open loft overlooks the great room below and offers a fun space for games, reading, or simply relaxing with views into the living area and outside. Lots of games and a foosball table for plenty of fun. The upper level also includes a second full bathroom and a spacious third bedroom featuring one queen bed and two twin beds, providing flexible accommodations for families traveling together.

The Amenities
Guests have the option to enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) Recreation Center for a daily usage fee. The recreation center features a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and recreation facilities for guests of all ages.
