The Home
Welcome to Valley Basecamp, a classic mountain retreat in Northstar. With its dramatic A-frame ceilings, exposed timber beams, and warm wood interiors, this home has the cozy Tahoe character that makes it easy to settle in after a day outdoors.

The open-concept kitchen and living area bring everyone together in one inviting space. Prepare meals in the kitchen, gather around the counter, or relax in the living room beside the wood-burning stove. The Smart TV provides entertainment for a quiet evening in after a day on the slopes or trails. And enjoy the additional living space in the loft.

The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with two king beds, one queen bed, and an additional pullout for flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have been updated with modern finishes.

Step out onto the deck to enjoy the surrounding trees and fresh mountain air. Whether you're starting the morning with coffee or winding down after a day on the mountain, it's a lovely spot to enjoy the peaceful setting.

The Amenities
Northstar Village is nearby, with restaurants, shops, and seasonal activities throughout the year. During ski season, the resort shuttle offers a convenient way to get to the slopes.

Guests may also access the Northstar Owners Property Association Recreation Center for a daily fee. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, and sports courts, with availability varying by season.

In summer, Northstar's mountain biking and hiking trails make it easy to get outside and explore the surrounding forest.
The Area
Northstar is a year-round mountain destination with plenty to enjoy in every season. Winter brings skiing and snowboarding at Northstar California Resort, while summer is popular for mountain biking, hiking, golf, and exploring the trails through the Sierra Nevada.

Historic downtown Truckee is a short drive away, with local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and breweries. Lake Tahoe's north shore is also within reach for days spent swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, or relaxing along the water.

For more mountain adventures, Palisades Tahoe offers additional skiing and snowboarding in winter, along with hiking and mountain biking in summer.

Whether you're visiting for a ski trip, a summer trail adventure, or a relaxing mountain getaway, Valley Basecamp is a comfortable home base for exploring Northstar and the surrounding Tahoe region.
