The main level of this wonderful property is equipped with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The family room is cozy and welcoming and exudes comfort. Awesome location

Family and I loved this place! It’s a perfect location very close to Beaver Creek (5 min)and Vail (10 min). The townhome has the best view of the mountain in the valley. It’s very large home with 3 floors. Plenty of room for people to spread out and be comfortable. Highly recommend this place

Plenty of room for the whole family. Everyone had a private place for sleeping and plenty of bathrooms each with showers. Easy location to get into the main part of town and Beaver Creek Resort.

Lots of space - both inside and outside on balconies. We imagine it would be great for families. Easy location to get to other resorts and activities in the area. Definitely recommend Northside Kitchen for donuts. Athena also provided good customer service - I accidentally booked the house for the wrong dates and they were able to correct it for me when I called their office. Like some other reviews_ch6_8 state, if you have the windows open, the highway can be a bit loud but we got use to it, almost just like white noise. Overall, we would stay here if we were in the area again,

The townhouse is very nice and comfortable! Location is very convenient, across the street from Beaver Creek and a 10-minute drive to Vail. Also, walking distance to the center village Avon! Athena was very helpful and friendly, theyre 1000% a super host!

Athena's place was wonderful! The location was excellent for skiing nearby at Beaver Creek and Vail. The place was enormous, has plenty of amenities, and the kitchen contained all of the utensils you would need for your stay. The balconies offered great views and there was plenty of room to hang out with friends and family.

Perfect get-away

My husband and I decided to do a summer get-away road trip from Chicago, so we packed up and drove to the mountains. This place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, spacious, and an awesome location. We were always within less than an hour drive to cute towns, great hikes and a things to do. I especially love the small town at the bottom of the hill (must eat at Northside Cafe) and the lake across the street with the walking path and summer activities like paddle boards to rent. The house was a perfect place to get away!

We spent a wonderful week in this space. The location is ultra convenient, and the space is very private with a gorgeous view. This could easily fit 3 families, so it was ample room for our little family of 4. We were doing a work/vacation combo, so there was perfect wifi and plenty of space for us all to stretch out and handle our work activities. And then when it came time to relax, we had access to great amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, lovely outdoors balcony space, and easy to walk / ride around Beaver Creek/Avon area. The property description is accurate and upfront about the noise coming from I-70. It didn't bother us, but if you are someone who does not like highway sounds, this will bother you, as it's not subtle. The property is a bit on the dated side (carpet is older, design is outdated, etc), but none of that bothered us. The views were spectacular, and all the important things worked to expectation.

GREAT PLACE, EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We really loved the location, close to everything and very close to all the ski areas. Very comfortable stay with great views of the mountain from all the windows. Has everything you need for a wonderful, comfortable stay. Very clean and managed well. Definitely recommend it and will come back next year! Loved that it has 3 stories, lots of room to spread out.

Great place! Definitely a great size for our group. One bedroom is a loft (which has a window you can open and close to the downstairs portion of the house) but if you are hanging in the main living area it can be noisy for those in that room. RT 70 is right outside, which can be noisy, but its right outside just about anywhere along the vail pass. Super close to mountains, but you will need to drive.

Great house with cozy atmosphere and a lot of space. We had a great time here. Very clean bathroom and kitchen. A nice speaker to play music. Location easy to navigate by car.The locks password is a bit simple and I was a bit not sure about the security but fortunately nothing bad happened.

Loved this place!

My extended family of 7 stayed there and really enjoyed the place. The location is perfect; very close to everything, skiing, town, restaurants etc. Its really big with 3 stories so plenty of space for everyone, the lower floor was great for the kids. We found it to be very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. There is a fabulous restaurant right down the street within walking distance. The kitchen has everything we needed to make some great meals as well. Highly recommend the place and we will be back!

Great Location!

We stayed here for our annual family ski vacation. The townhouse is huge, we had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beaver Creek is literally 3 minutes away and Vail is an easy drive right down the road. It was nice to ski both areas, we really enjoyed the location of this house.Its furnished very nice with high end furniture and a great kitchen. We enjoyed it and we will be back next year!
