This grand 5 level 3 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome features an extra sleeping loft and a nicely updated kitchen. The master bedroom and en-suite master bathroom are on the private ground level along with the entryway and mud room. The sunny guest bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are on the second level a few steps away from the ground floor. Up on the third level is the spacious living room with 25' vaulted ceilings and an elegant floor-to-ceiling stone-wrapped gas fireplace. There is a small private patio just off the living room too. The comfy couches are a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing and are positioned nicely to watch the giant flat screen TV mounted on the wall. 
Up another small flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining area, 3rd full bathroom. The dining area is perched overlooking the windows in the living room and has a dining table that seats six. THE ADVANTAGE: All of our Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
