All of the bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Parking in the garage was great and we did not have to use our car once during our stay because we could walk to everything. It is the perfect location. We did think there was a washer and dryer in the unit but they were in a common area. Just a personal preference is we like units with tile floors vs carpet but not a deal breaker. The only negative was that you could really only fit 3 people comfortably in the LR to watch TV. There were great spots to eat out nearby and a market within walking distance to get groceries. We grilled out on the private balcony with a natural gas grill on the Fourth of July and it was lovely! The "living room" is very small and not really conducive to a gathering. If you utilized every bed in the condo it would feel tight when preparing and having a meal. We were only three so it was fine, but I could see that being an issue. There are 3 doubles, a king and a couch (maybe pull out). The kitchen would be tight and with the pots available, cooking for a crowd would be impossible. Otherwise, the bedrooms were comfortable and the location walkable to everything in Lionshead and Vail Village. Everything in the condo functioned as it should and it was clean.
