This place was perfect. We had 7 guys working the World Cup races and it was easy to ski in/ski out and having 7 beds worked perfectly for our trip. We'll definitely be staying here for race week each year.

Fabulous!

Everything imaginable was provided by our Hosts. Even a calf roller for those sore muscles after a full day of skiing. The condo was not just spacious, but huge! The runs were just steps away, along with activities apres ski almost every day. Avoid dawdling with your cookies at the base for fear of missing the last lift up to ski home. Convenient to the base area restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great for large groups or multiple families to share, will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Creek.

Our group of 4 adults and 3 children had a great stay. Great location. Easy walk out to ski and could ski almost right up to ski locker. Front desk workers at condo were very friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy walk to village or could use a free shuttle system where you can order shuttles like an Uber. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic winter property

This property was great. Close enough to town to walk (or easy shuttle) but also felt slightly secluded outside of the hustle-and-bustle of town. Also very easy ski-in and (basically) ski-out. Condo is very roomy. Onsite staff was super pleasant and offsite contacts replied to my email requests almost immediately. Exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful views!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was huge with plenty of room for toddlers to play! I loved the hot tub with changing aspens nearby. We will definitely stay again!

Exceptional stay at this prime location!

My friends and I went for a 3 days ski trip and had an incredible experience staying at this property. The home had everything needed and more - great bedrooms (comfy and big), nice kitchen and accessories, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, great views. Location was 10/10, with a main ski lift only about 100 yards from the property for a true ski in - ski out experience, which makes life so much easier. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a long day on the mountain. Easy to get in and out of the property itself and the concierge was helpful when needed. Would 100% comeback!

Clean, comfortable

This was a great property overall. It is clean and fairly close to the BC shops. We enjoyed that it had a full kitchen as we cooked meals for everyone while we were there. We also liked that all of the bedrooms had bathrooms, even if they needed a little updating. The biggest frustration is that we only had 1 parking spot, and for a unit that can hold 10 people the likelihood of bringing more then 1 vehicle is high.

Kiva 326 - Feb 19-26

This is a huge condo. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, allowing for privacy for multiple couples. The loft upstairs is a huge bonus, and it also has it's own bathroom. The condo is located right next to the elevator, so there is no need to walk a long way with ski boots to get to elevator. The elevator takes you to the garage area, where the ski lockers are located. From the ski locker, you walk about 200 feet across the bridge and then thrown your skis on, to ski down to the lifts. On the way back, it is actually ski-in (across the same bridge). You actually ski right up to the little firepit next to the garage. From there it's 50 feet to the ski lockers. We would absolutely rebook this condo at the Kiva. The location is outstanding. The staff is really nice. You can walk down to the village in 5 minutes. The walk back is uphill, so some people may want to use the free shuttle services.

Well-appointed ski in/ski out property in heart of Beaver Creek

Overall, we were very impressed with the property. Clean, fully furnished and comfortable for multiple guests. Common areas like pool, hot tubs and ski locker were also clean and convenient.

Amazing condo, lots of space, comfy beds and overall very well maintained. Location is easy ski in, ski out - use the elevator to get to garage and then it's just a few steps to the bridge and trail that takes you to the main base/gondola/centennial chair lift. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beaver Creek Condo!

Don’t look further - This condo has it all! Cozy and comfortable, Kiva 326 has great space for families and larger groups. Our adult family of 7 stayed for a week skiing with multiple people needing to return to the condo midday for work conference calls. The location and space provided for quick ski in access and privacy for work calls. We returned for two “condo” lunches as a group - much faster than waiting for a table on the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked, the rooms are large with comfortable beds and the added bonuses of 4 bathrooms, parking, washer/dryer, fireplace, two hot tubs sealed the score for a 10! We hope to return next year. Thank you Athena at Sky Run. You were a great communicator!

Family-friendly unit

Was a huge condo with plenty of room. We had 6 adults and two kids and everyone had their own areas. Kitchen is well stocked and short ski down to Beaver creek base.

Fantastic Stay

The unit had an amazing view of Beaver Creek and the ski in/out made it very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace: I will definitely return.

Perfect for girls getaway

The place was perfect for our girls getaway in August. The unit was very clean and it had a nice little wraparound deck. The pool and hot tub were not busy so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! It was thoughtfully stocked (i.e. plastic cups for the pool) and we loved that we could easily walk down to the village. Overall a great place!
