The open floorplan entry level features tall ceilings, tons of windows, air-conditioning, spacious living and dining area, a beautifully renovated kitchen, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and abundant natural light. The large back deck accessed from this area is ideal for outdoor dining or that morning cup of coffee.

The beautiful, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is a chef's dream. The remodeled wooden cabinets allow for plenty of storage, and the open layout makes it easy to seamlessly multitask. You will also enjoy the convenience of a guest bathroom and full laundry room on the main floor. The dining area features a sunlit table surrounded by windows with views of the Alpines all around.

Make your way upstairs to find the primary suite and two guest rooms. The guest bedrooms feature queen beds outfitted with hotel quality linens and restful mattresses, spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The spacious primary suite is a retreat unto itself, highlighted by a king bed, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows, a beautifully remodeled bath with steam shower and large tub, double vanity sinks, spacious walk-in closet, in-suite temperature control, and a lounge area make this room into an escape.

The walkout lower level offers a generous rec room, private office, the fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed, ensuite bath, and an oversize bonus room. The basement sliding doors open to a second patio and a grass backyard, allowing even more space. You will be delighted by the huge basement TV, perfect for a movie night.

There is also a park within walking distance, and plenty of nearby hikes. Located less than ten minutes from both Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and shops, Blue Skies is the perfect home and the ultimate mountain experience.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invitation to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Exceptional 35-Night Stay – Best Experience Yet in the Vail Valley

Our 35-night stay at \"Blue Skies\" in Eagle-Vail was outstanding in every way. The home is set in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood where we immediately felt at ease—neighbors were friendly, helpful, and added to the sense that we were truly “at home”. The property itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with high-end appliances and finishes throughout. The beds, pillows, and linens were exceptionally comfortable—something that really matters over a long stay—and the kitchen was fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. A special callout to the SkyRun “starter kits,” which were incredibly helpful upon arrival before we had a chance to fully stock up. What truly elevated the experience was the service from the SkyRun Vacation Rentals team. Athena, in particular, was fantastic—responsive, proactive, and supportive both before and during our stay. Every question we had was handled quickly and professionally, which made a meaningful difference over a month-long visit. We’ve spent 30+ days each season in the Vail Valley for the past five years, and this was, without question, the best experience we’ve had—no small statement, especially in a season with challenging snow conditions. We highly recommend Blue Skies, Athena, and the entire SkyRun team, along with the clearly attentive and caring owners behind this property. We would absolutely return!
