Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings, fresh paint, wonderful fixtures, and tasteful furnishings. The completely remodeled kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and Knotty alder doors and cabinets giving a mountain feel, (rustic but elegant). You will find it stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious feast.

The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living space features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace. Sit back and relax while sipping a glass of wine and discussing the days’ adventures or step outside to enjoy third floor views off your private balcony complete with gas barbecue and whip up a delectable meal.

Make your way down the hall to find the newly renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/soaker tub combo. The guest bedroom is fitted with a twin XL upper bunk/queen/twin trundle and new hotel quality linens providing flexible sleeping options for families. The master bedroom is complete with flat screen TV, queen bed with plush linens, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom invites you in with a glass corner radius shower, granite countertops and new fixtures.

Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun!

Extra amenities include full size washer/dryer, an assortment of 25 board games, parking, and a locked storage closet for skis and bikes just outside the unit. THE ADVANTAGE: All of our SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great condo. Easy to get to. The host gave simple and easy instructions. Very relaxing and neighbors are very nice. Eagle river is right in the back yard. Walking distance from the lake. Downtown is right there and everything is there. Great place to stay if vail is expensive and glenwood springs. Its perfect spot between . Vail is like 7 miles away and glenwood is like 50 miles away. So great spot to do things in both vail or glenwood springs and come back to relax.

Great ski weekend spot!

The SkyRun Beaver Creek condo was a great place to stay for a ski weekend at Beaver Creek. It had surprisingly easy access to the resort. I thought the bus situation was going to be way more complicated but you can easily walk to the condo from the Bear Lot shuttle drop off (5 min walk). The amenities were nice and had everything you might be looking for. The parking was also convenient. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay in the Avon/Vail Area

This condo is a very short walk to a variety of places to visit/eat and things to do. The condo is nicely updated with all the modern amenities. The Liftview Condominiums complex was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. We enjoyed walking along the river, visiting the downtown park/lake and hopping the free shuttle up to Beaver Creek Resort- where Octoberfest 2023 was in full swing- lots of food, music and entertainment. We look forward to staying at Liftview Condo C305 again sometime, should our travels lead us to the Avon/Vail area. Agave Mexican Restaurant is just across the river bridge from the condo- the food is amazing!

Ski Ski Ski

This condo was a great find. In a quiet area but less than a mile from fun restaurants and shops. Had everything we needed. We skied Beaver Creek and had the best ski days since weve been coming to Vail.

Good overall. Needs some updates

Keep in mind I have nothing else to compare to in the area. From what we could tell from the website, it seemed better and bigger but thats probably typical for an hotel or vacation spot. Communication and assistance with staff was unbeatable. Parking was perfect right in front. It was great having washer and dryer in the unit. Appliances were perfect. Carpet was stained in places but everything was clean. We had all we needed supplied and then some. It just needs some updates and maintenance but nothing horrible. I wont stay there again but I may have to pay more. Bed mattresses and pillows are possibly decades beyond needing replaced. Gap between carpet and bathroom tile just covered with carpet remnant. Blinds dont work well enough to block light. Deck was covered with thick snow and ice making it hard to get to grill but manageable.

Perfect for a ski vacation!

The condo is small but perfect for our family of 4. Two bathrooms meant minimal wait times. The beds were comfortable and the condo is stocked with enough kitchen tools to make a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and low key place to stay while on vacation.

A nice place for a weekend away.

Overall it's a good place to stay. Quiet location, close to attractions. Only shortcoming is that the kitchen isn't as well stocked as other places we've stayed. No grill tools for the grill, etc. But certainly not a huge deal.

The unit was fine, although we found it strange there were no chairs to sit on on the deck. The location was good, our kids enjoyed the river in the back to fish at, however there really isn't much going on in Avon. It is a good location though to places like Vail and Beaver Creek. Would I stay at this condo again, probably not, but it is not because of Athena or the cleanliness of the unit, it was more about the location not in an area with much going on.

The place was nice - we did however get the cops called on us for a noise complaint while we were quietly doing our homework and the same person came and yelled at us the next night while we were sitting at the table playing a card game. Kind of put a damper on the trip having crazy neighbors.
