SUBMIT Felicity Stayed Jun, 2024 Review The rental was lovely, clean, comfortable, great location, well equipped and in a stunning location. The view of the Eagle River from the TWO balconies was really amazing. Being able to take walks along the Eagle River was a big bonus. There is a Starbucks and Avon Bakery within walking. Grocery stores are close by and restaurants in Edwards were a short distance.Not only was the home wonderful and exactly what we needed, but Athena the property manager, was one the BEST I have ever encountered. Great communication, understanding, very proactive in every way. If I had a question, she answered promptly. I have rented from other management companies in Colorado, specializing in ski locations, and by far this was my best experience. My daughter had had major knee surgery at The Steadman Clinic and Athena's response to our situation made everything very peaceful. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for all of us, and kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking essentials. Before our arrival, I emailed host and asked if they had any games, since we have a yearly tradition of playing Monopoly and other games on our yearly ski trip. They replied there were no games at the condo... but, to my surprise, when we arrived, there were brand new games on the dining table, including Monopoly. What a nice and caring touch! Nice layout with two bedrooms and laundry downstairs and one modified office space bedroom upstairs with slider doors and blinds for privacy. Nice sized living area with a well-appointed kitchen. We were a few steps from the bus stop which made accessing skiing fairly easy. The ride up was much quicker than the end of day ride home based on the bus route. A walk from the Westin wouldve been much quicker. There was easy walking access to a nice trail along the creek for a morning walk before starting the day. It was quiet even though it was a lower unit. We watched a moose out the back windows munching on a tree branch. The unit had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends.
