Easy access to the street and bus without any stairs! Makes it a snap to carry snowboard into condo and save $ on storage at the slopes. Everything about the condo is comfortable and safe. All appliances work and are A+ condition, great stove for baking and broiling steaks, big fridge with freezer that will keep ice cream frozen. I have stayed in Vail in many places over the past 40 years and I always return here! Host's response: 1 Bram G. Stayed Apr, 2023 10 Minute bus ride to Vail Great location 100 yards to free shuttle bus to Vail. Place looks much nicer in pictures than actually is in person. Loft bedroom and washroom are quite dated. Needs more lights in bedroom and rest of unit. Would stay there again based on location amd price differential to staying in Vail. Host's response: 1 LR Stayed Apr, 2023 Cozy Condo Great location right by the bus line. Cozy condo with comfortable bed, sheets, towels. Stocked kitchen. Hot water within seconds:)) Easier to load and unload through the front door. Very nice for 2 although it worked for us with 3. Sofa bed not as nice as the loft bed. Host's response: 1 Cynthia N. Stayed Mar, 2023 Enjoyable experience This was my first time using a VRBO and the host made the process smooth. The condo was furnished with amenities to make our stay pleasant, and the condo was convenient to the Shuttle service . I loook forward to visiting again. Host's response: 1 Brendan Stayed Mar, 2023 Review Amazing stay in vail! Was perfect for a week in the mountains for two! Access to the bus was much easier than expected! Host's response: 1 Ivan Stayed Jan, 2023 Review A great place to stay is the amazing Vail. Huge windows in the unit make you feel great to sit and relax after a nice ski day. you can see the runs and the gondola from the unit. Always unload and load your staff from the Vail View Drive and also always go out from the back door. Parking in the unit is terrible during the winter because they don't clean the snow weekly and quickly becomes huge chunks of ice impossible to park your car. Better park on Vail View Drive just up from the bus stop.Overall great experience just to fix the parking problem over the winter! Host's response: 1 jane d. Stayed Jan, 2023 My reveiw The property was great. figuring out parking was a bit confusing at first but we got it. Super convenient to the bus stop. Host's response: 1 Jenelle K. Stayed Sep, 2022 Very good property -- be aware of the steps Condo was good -- had all the necessities. Only thing that should be added to the description is that access involves two flights of steps down to the entrance which could be a challenge for some people. Host's response: 1 Samantha Stayed Mar, 2022 Review My husband and I had a great time here! The place itself was cozy and just enough room for two and the location was perfect - huge plus to have the bus stop just steps from our door. Host's response: 1 Renner Stayed Mar, 2022 Review Awesome locationnear a bus stop. Quick ride to Vail transit center. Plenty of towels. Host's response: 1 Luke Stayed Mar, 2022 Review Great location with plenty of space for two! Host's response: 1 Jacob S. Stayed Mar, 2022 Good base for a couple's ski weekend. Big windows let in lots of sun and views of the mountain. This unit was great for my wife and I to spend a week skiing. It is very close to two of the free bus routes, making it easy to get in and out of the village. The parking lot entrance is not on the same street as the unit's address, so make sure to ask for extra directions. Host's response: 1 Michael Stayed Feb, 2022 Review Athena was very responsive to all requests. The apartment is clean and tidy. It is on the Vail public bus route to get to the ski slopes and into town. It is not possible to walk to the slopes with boots and skis on. It contains one double bed and one sofa bed so ideal for a couple or two friends. Host's response: 1 Randy H. Stayed Feb, 2022 Great property Really enjoyed our time here. It was just perfect for the two of us! Host's response: 1 Brian L. Stayed Feb, 2022 Great location Really hard to beat the location, only a very short walk to the bus stop and convenient to other parts of Vail / Beaver Creek if you are driving. Place was clean, had all the necessities and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again. Host's response: 1 Gavin Stayed Feb, 2022 Review Solid communicator, great location! Host's response: 1 Nicholas Stayed Jan, 2022 Review Ski tip: Sandstone bus route to School stop. Cross bridge into lionshead. We opted to valet skis. Great communication w/ Athena.Loved real wood fireplace Host's response: 1 Huong Stayed Dec, 2021 Review Great spot to stay when you are wanting to ski in Vail. Place is definitely cute for a couple or a small family. Kitchen is great. All your pots pans and utensils were there. Cozy living room. Room upstairs was perfect for my family. Free shuttle service too!! Shuttle is not that far from the condo, it may just feel far if you arent used to the altitude- you are huffing and puffing by the time you get to the shuttle located at the back of the condo. FYI- for future guests, it maybe easier to unload your luggage from the back door (just park on the street in the back). Then you can go around and park in your designated area in the front bc you have to take a few flights of stairs up & down to the front door in the snow while you are unloading. It was very troublesome with the stairs. Also, it maybe easier to leave snow boots in the back porch. After the shuttle drops you off, if you r still in your ski gear, it will be easier to drop your stuff off at the back porch, change into snow boots bc then youd have to trek around the building, up the stairs, around to the front (not close), down a few flights of narrow stairs in your ski gear to unlock the front door. It is very cumbersome and difficult doing that in your ski gear huffing and puffing in high altitudes. Host's response: 1 Brad Stayed Dec, 2021 Review This house is a great rental spot for two to four people. Walking distance to the bud, and only five minute bud ride to the mountain. Very cozy and clean. I would recommend staying here for skiers and boarders going to Vail. Host's response: 1 June Stayed Mar, 2021 Review Great location for a couple. Vail bus is within steps of the door. Grocery stores and laundry within a mile and on bus route. Athena quickly responds to all questions and concerns. Host's response: 1 Matthew R. Stayed Mar, 2021 Clean & Cozy, Steps from the Shuttle Great spot for a couple or small group of friends. Probably 100 steps from the back patio to the Vail shuttle, which comes every 30 minutes. Wi-fi but no cable, so bring your Chromecast! Host's response: 1 Daniel Stayed Mar, 2021 Review Great place to stay for a few nights in Vail. It is close to the grocery store and a short drive from Vail Village. I would stay here again next time I'm in Vail. Host's response: 1 Max Stayed Feb, 2021 Review Great place, easy to get to the bus stop, WiFi worked fine even with a VPN and multiple devices connected, and there are some fantastic hikes nearby. Its also 1.5 miles to Lionshead, which made for a nice walk on a sunny day. The place felt a bit dated, but it was cleaned well and it was comfortable. Host's response: 1 James Stayed Feb, 2021 Review My partner and I stayed here for a week and were delighted with the location, assistance from Athena and overall accommodations that were provided. Athena went out of her way to make sure we had clear instructions for check-in, necessities for the bathroom/kitchen and even dropped off a hair drier within 30 minutes after requesting. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a quaint spot near Vail ski resort with free shuttles, fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace. Definitely coming back next visit! Host's response: 1 Aaron Stayed Jan, 2021 Review Nice warm condo. The bus stop is right out the front door which made getting to the mountain really easy. Great service; we got locked out and SkyRun showed up in 15 mins to let us in. No cable tv but great WiFi so bring a fire stick if youre staying in one night. Also turns out its walking distance to the best pizza in Vail, Local Joes. Host's response: 1 Alan Stayed Jan, 2021 Review Athena is an incredible host, responds quickly. Attentive and kind with any concerns you might have and helpful if you have any inquiries or problems. Host's response: 1 Vikki Stayed Jan, 2021 Review My husband and I visited vail for a weekend of skiing and this place was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, clean and very cute. The location was great and communication was beyond expectations. Parking was easy and we had a blast! Host's response: 1 Robert Stayed Mar, 2020 Review A comfortable home from home Host's response: 1 Nicolas Stayed Feb, 2020 Review Great service and a quick response when we forgot the keys inside! Host's response: 1 Mary Stayed Feb, 2020 Ski Holiday This place was in a great location. Close to the Vail main village/ski base and easily accessible by free bus shuttle. The Condo was clean and comfortable.Athena, the property manage was fantastic to deal with. We had an early check in and when we were snowed in an extra day-she accommodated us.Only improvement would be the parking. It’s tricky to find and you have to go down 2 step driveways to get to the lot. Given we got 36 inches of snow and then another 8 inches, getting to our parking spot was tricky.Overall, it was a great value and the location was convenient. Host's response: 1 Linda Stayed Jan, 2020 Review Great location, clean and cozy. Host very good and on the ball. Host's response: 1 Morgan Stayed Jan, 2020 Review Great condo for a Vail getaway! Host's response: 1 BVL Stayed Nov, 2019 Great Condo! My daughter needed a place to stay for a few months while she looked for a permanent place to stay in the valley. Athena with SkyRun was super helpful and made the move in/out experience great! The condo has a great location and has everything that you could need for a nice visit to the Vail area.
