This handsomely renovated property offers an open floor plan all on one level. The light and bright interior provides all the comforts of home and over 1230 square feet of space for your entire group or family to relax in!

As you enter, you’re greeted with custom finishes, beautiful art, and personal touches throughout. Watch movies together in the open living area or simply kick back on the covered deck with a cup of coffee and take in the Eagle River sights and sounds. The TV's are all smart and connected to the WIFI for guest use with own streaming services.  The stereo is Sonos and works automatically with the living room TV for optimum sound. Whip up delicious dishes in the fully stocked sparkling kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. The dining table offers seating for four with an additional three seats available at the kitchen bar. 

You’ll love the plush primary suite equipped with a luxe king bed, flat panel TV, private river-view balcony, and en-suite master bath. The guest bedroom offers a brand new queen/king bunkbed and flat panel TV. Both bedrooms are outfitted with cozy mattresses and hotel quality bedding for your best nights rest. There is also a full futon couch in the living room if extra sleeping space is needed.  A private washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.

Fabulous Stay next to Eagle River

Our stay here was fabulous! The location between Beaver Creek and Vail gives you the best of both worlds (plus the covered parking was a nice bonus)! The unit has been updated very nicely and was very clean. The location of the unit being riverfront with trees providing privacy was spectacular. It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of the river whether with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful place to enjoy our time in the mountains!

Wow! Don't let the outside fool you! The entire inside of the condo looks to have been completely updated. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for your belongings.Bed was comfortable and the river view was spectacular! The host answered any questions promptly:) Loved our stay! Review

We stayed for 6 nights with our 2 teen daughters while skiing at Beaver (and 1 day Vail). The house had everything we needed with enough space to unwind after a day of skiing. This was the first time we have stayed off mountain/a resort shuttle system so that was a bit of a hassle but we found the Elk lot to be reasonable option ($13/day) for Beaver. We even enjoyed a few walks to Avon; its ~1 mile but flat and had sidewalks the entire way. Overall the stay was great and Athena/Beaver Run were responsive and flexible with us. Because we were off mountain and had extra daily charges with parking/lockers; I thought the unit was a bit pricey compared to what we paid last year over Spring Break in Breck (ski in/out and newer facility).

Review

We had a pleasant stay at this spacious, comfortable, accessible and well-equipped villa. The location was fantastic, short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail, as well as nearby shops & restaurants at Avon. The covered parking was also a plus. Athena was very responsive with the few questions we had. Although the cleanliness of the condo itself and common areas in the building could have been better, we still had an overall good experience. Note that the upper bunk bed is very close to the ceiling and is obstructed by a fan.
