This newly renovated property offers a spacious living area with a large comfortable L-shaped couch. The contemporary interior provides all the comforts of home and 1700 square feet of space for your entire group/family to relax in!

As you enter you'll notice the tastefully furnished living room where you can sit back and watch movies on the smart TV. This property also features a covered deck where you can relax with a cup of coffee and take in the Eagle River sights and sounds. Cooking will be effortless in the sparkling kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances. The dining table offers seating for six with an additional two seats available at the kitchen bar. 

You’ll love the comfortable primary suite equipped with a luxe king bed, a private balcony that includes outdoor seating and an en-suite master bath with a private sauna. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom features a twin/ double bunk bed perfect for a family stay. The secondary bathroom is spacious and includes double sinks. All our SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Some friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to Beaver Creek and Vail. Some of our other friends were staying nearby at the Westin so it was super convenient. Check in / check out were super easy and the property was clean and accurate based on the description on the website. We loved it so much we wanted to extend but unfortunately it was booked! Would definitely stay there again during the next trip

Athenas place in Avon, Colorado was in a convenient location for visiting Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The layout for the condo was spacious for spreading out and relaxing. We really enjoyed the fireplace which was toasty warm. The mud room at the entranceway had a comfortable bench that was great for taking off our boots. We also appreciated the dedicated covered parking spots. Athena and her team were proactive and responsive communicators. I would highly recommend Athenas place at the SunRiver Condos for your next visit to the Eagle-Vail area.

Great spot!

Great place. Only thing lacking was the kitchen which was advertised as stocked kitchen and lacking very basic things that weve come to assume will be there like salt & pepper, measuring cups & spoons, cookie sheets, corkscrew, baking pans, etc. Loved the decor and service overall was great. Just needs a little attention to the basics.

The unit was spacious, clean, & a good location to the ski areas so was satisfactory. Regarding the amenities-the hot tub looked disgusting & we did not use it. Its an old complex so a little tired.
