The cozy townhome is equipped with plenty of space over three floors to host a family or group of up to six guests.

Step inside, kick off your boots, and settle into the spacious living room, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a large mounted smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies while warming up after a day in the mountains. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six and offers beautiful views from the surrounding windows. The open, newly remodeled kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining area, creating a warm and welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Head upstairs to the cozy loft level, where you’ll find the private the first bedroom, designed as a comfortable master suite. This room features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and its own wood-burning fireplace. A TV provides additional entertainment, while the windows offer beautiful views, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding scenery from the comfort of your private retreat.

Head downstairs to the garden level, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a relaxing bubble bath after a day on the mountain or get ready for an early morning adventure with a quick shower, this home offers everything you need. The first bedroom features two twin-size beds and a spacious closet with plenty of room for clothing and luggage. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed along with another large closet for additional storage. All bedrooms are outfitted with hotel-quality linens and comfortable mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep after your mountain adventures.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. There are several stairs and long path to get up to the unit and no elevator available. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.

Nice and cozy place, close to skiing and shopping. It's a little bit of a walk to the unit. We had some issues with the water heather for the first day but they came and fixed it with in 24hrWe would stay here again

Vail Condo stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just the right size for the 5 of us. The place is uphill and very tranquil with lots of surrounding trees. Our kids had a blast sledding down the hills. I would have given 5 stars but I didnt know the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor exposed to the living room below so you can hear everything when you are trying to sleep and there is conversation in the living room below. Also there were some drainage issues with one of the shower tubs. Other than that the condo was nice and clean.

Beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. An easy ride down to Lionshead or Cascade Village to get on ski lifts.The place was clean and well kept. We thought the lack of a private room upstairs was a bit undesirable considering the price of the rental.
