With 1,684 sq ft of thoughtfully designed interior space, there is room for the whole crew to spread out. Lounge in the hammock or soak in the spa, while your canine explores the enclosed back yard. Inside, snuggle up in front of the fireplace, gather for a game around the great table or play some arcade games. Our Lodge features premium channels across 5 flat-screen TVs: get movie night going in the living room or any of the four bedrooms! Built in 2006, your getaway Lodge is nestled in pines with easy-access parking.

- Bedroom 1 DS: Queenconvenient for those avoiding stairs
- Bedroom 2 US: Palatial King suite, 1 king + 2 doubles

House Rules
- Dogs only, max 2; no other animals allowed
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- Maximum parking: 3 vehicles
- No smoking
- No parties
- Observe quiet times from 10 pm to 7 am

Winter driving: All guests are required to carry snow chains from December 1 to April 1, or as weather conditions dictate. It is advised to do a dry run if the chains are new to you, or if you have not used them in the last 6 months.

Road conditions: It is advised to check road conditions ahead of time. You can search CalTrans Road Conditions.

Electric Shut-offs: To prevent wildfires, Bear Valley Electric Service, Inc. (BVES) has permission from the State of California to implement a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) if weather conditions may spark wildfires from power lines.

Refrigerator: Adding a large amount of room-temperature food will take several hours to cool down in our higher altitude. When loading, keep the door closed wherever possible as that will help keep the walls and shelves cool while stocking.
