This property is located in the Warriors Mark subdivision on the south end of Breckenridge. This subdivision provides easy access to Peak 9 via the free town bus or a quick walk to the base of the Quicksilver chairlift.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Truly a cozy spot for 9 members of our three-gen fam to be together. Loved the easy walk to the Free Bus stop near the driveway.. We used the Brown South route for access to Beaver Run. For super quick needs, the Sinclair was handy.

Great place! Literally 10 mins walk from the peak 9 base which is way too convenient. We used the BBQ once and the kitchen every day. Kitchen has everything you need. If you are looking for a convenient place. clean and with everything you need for a good confortable stay, this is you best shot.

Perfectly met our needs for a 5 day ski trip. Ten minute walk to Quicksilver lift. 15 min walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enough space for 8 adults. The kitchen had the necessities to prepare meals at the rental.

This place was absolutely wonderful for what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms, the outdoor area was perfect, and the living room area was spacious. The pool and hot tub were great and never felt crowded! It was so close to Main Street to walk but the free bus stop was basically out the front door.It was perfect for a girls weekend for cooking in the house and lounging around. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking next time in Breckenridge

Lovely house. Eight adults enjoyed the spacious downstairs with room at the dining room table and two family rooms to stretch out in. Bedrooms upstairs were great. Made use of the propane gas tank on the deck. Never could find the spa/pool. Kitchen was decently equipped. The rental agent was easily accessible and solved any problems we had along with answering our questions promptly.

My group of 11 had a great stay! This house is close to the lift and met all of our needs. The bunk rooms are a bit tight for adults and their luggage but would be perfect for kids.

Great location with a bus stop just around the corner. Bunk bedrooms were a bit tight to put adults, but if you are traveling with kids who need a place to sleep, they would work great. Prompt communication and response even around the holidays.
