GETTING AROUND:
This property is just steps for the free shuttle stop (directly in front of the complex). Guests have easy access to the lifts (14 minute walk) or can choose to take the free shuttle directly to the base of Peak 9. This location offers the best of both worlds, walk to restaurants, shops, and bars, a short walk to the slopes, or easy access to the free shuttle.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Didn't know until the day we checked in that one of the bathrooms didn't work and was closed off.

We told Ryan as soon as we know, There was an emergency with the plumbing. We profusely apologized as this was not something we expected either and fairly compensated this guest. Friends Ski Trip

This is a wonderful place to stay that is centrally located in Breckenridge with a short walk to town and the slopes! It's quaint, and comfortable. It'll fit a full eight people comfortable as long as three pairs share a bed, and two sleep on their own. I will say the mirrors make the place look sizeable! Nonetheless, it's a fun place to be that includes activities for its guests. We particularly enjoyed sledding down the hill behind the condo with the provided sleds. Overall, a wonderful experience with communicative and accommodating hosts.

This condo is well stocked, has ample room for 8 people and a wonderful area for family gatherings. The kitchen is a bit small but well stocked.

Great property!

We had reserved a different property in Breckenridge and had to move out because it was dirty and had broken beds. I called the SkyRun offices directly and they helped us find this fantastic property and got us into it on a moments notice. The property is clean and well taken care of. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed staying there. We found the location to be convenient. We highly recommend!

This property was in such a grwat location. A quick walk or drive to all the cute shops and eateries. A free trolley and an awesome park near by for sliding. The property had everything you could think of and more. we had an awesome family vacation and will definitely try to book this property again next year!!
