They have a couple weird things in place like no unplugging electronics or less $150 fine.... which wasnt stated on Airbnb. We just found it odd, especially since we were working from the home. The location of this condo is awesome, in 5 minutes you can be at all the lovely shops and restaurants in downtown Breck. We will absolutely be back! Debora Stayed Aug, 2020 Review Probably the best stocked property we've ever stayed in! Everything was supplied. (You may want to bring extra towels if you prefer more than one per person.) We wanted a place close to Main Street without a lot of noise and this delivered. The walk to Main Street was under 10 minutes using the cut-through at Maggie Pond and Main Street Station. The condo is very close to one of Breck's top-ranked hikes - Burro Trail. It's also within walking distance of Carter Park, which offers challenging bike trails and a steep staircase with spectacular views of the town and mountains. Plenty of room in the garage for storing bikes. LOVED not having a key to keep track of - entry is via a digital code. The picture window in the living area was lovely - trees and natural light. We kept the balcony door open to hear the river which was marvelous. Note: the balcony is TINY - only seats 2 people - and while it overlooks the woods it also looks into neighbors' windows which was awkward at times. The kitchen was more spacious than the photos indicated. Bedrooms were cramped but comfortable and no complaints about the beds which is HUGE. OUR ONLY REAL PROBLEM WAS WIFI. It was insufficient. This created problems for one member of our group who needed to conduct business online. We felt an extender in the bedrooms would be helpful. This was a convenient, comfortable property at a good price. If not for the wifi problems we would give it the highest rating. My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Powderhorn in Breckenridge over spring break. The unit was great and had a lot of amenities - full kitchen with lots of cookware and utensils so we could eat in, 3 TVs, wifi, cable, washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of space. The Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 is a very short walk from Powderhorn - just down the stairs, across the bridge and you are there (be careful though the bridge can get very icy!). I truly appreciated the notes and instructions that were throughout the unit - very clear and helpful. The only drawback was the hot tub is across the street in another complex and closes early at 5pm; we would have enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub if closer and/or open later but wasn't worth the effort involved. I have been coming to Breckenridge every year for past 8 years, rented many places. This condo have the best location, away from the noise but close to everything. The up keep of this unit superior. The amenities are beyond expectation! Simple things as extra paper towels, dish soap, trash bag, coffee, ect... other units I rented before only provide one of each....really cheap..... this unit does not cheap out on a few dollars.
