Whether you're here for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or simply relaxing, you'll find everything you need within a short distance.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo and all building amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There is also convenient on-site parking available.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available via phone or messaging if you need anything during your stay.

Other Things to Note
- No Pets allowed
- No smoking inside the unit
- Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Key fob located in unit needed to access the common areas.  If key fob is lost or damaged the cost of replacing it is $100
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
NOTE: This condo is on the building's 2nd floor there is no elevator in the building

Scenic Lift Ride: For a relaxing way to soak in the fall colors, take a scenic chairlift ride up the mountain. From above, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the vibrant autumn foliage.
Mountain Biking: Explore our winding mountain biking trails, which take you through stunning tree-lined paths with incredible views of Southern Utah’s fall landscape. It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in nature.
Hiking Adventure: Discover the beauty of the resort’s trails this season. The crisp air and colorful scenery make hiking a must-do activity during fall. Don’t forget your camera for those postcard-worthy views!
Last Chance for Summer Fun:
Brian Head is open for summer activities through September 29, with lift services running until then and base activities available until September 15. Make the most of these final days before the snow arrives!

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
