Linda Stayed Jun, 2024 Review I would suggest not using Google to arrive. Google takes you to a four-wheel-drive road. Maps is much better, although the roads do have quite large pot holes. Left on Lukfata Trail, take the first street to the left, right top of hill and youre there. Drive slowly and youll be fine. House is secluded with large trees. While we were there, a crazy storm blew through, and we were without power for five hours during the day, and five hours during the evening. Back up generators would have been nice, but werent really necessary, being that the weather had cooled off. We did hear generators running all around us. The hot tub was definitely the family favorite, very clean upon arrival. Our five-year-old love it and the video games! She mastered Frogger while we were there. Bring storage bags and foil for kitchen and plastic wine glasses. All else is provided. Beds are comfy, towels provided for hot tub as well as showers. Lots of extras to make your stay enjoyable. The location was great and very close to Broken Bow attractions. I would definitely stay here again.Two items for improvement:(1) House was not "fully stocked" - not an issue and subjective but be up front about what is included. We did not have enough towels or dishwasher detergent. Bring your own items to cook or you will be doing a last-minute market run, which can be expensive and time consuming.(2) Several items in the house were broken or "out" or turned way down-- the firepit stone was all broken and cracked, which presented a hazard with my kid-- light bulbs needed to be changed. Water heater was set very low, definitely not enough hot water for 4 adults and 1 child.Overall, though, we very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
