This top floor retro condo sleeps up to 18 people and has over 3200 square feet, and is also pet friendly!! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area. This 7 bedroom condo is great for several families or groups! NEW KITCHEN! Featuring stainless steel appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar! The dinning room table can seat 8 people and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace, while having entertainment playing on the flat screen TV. There is another living area on the second level which features a new flat screen TV and leather furniture. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees. There is a natural gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. This spacious condo is laid out over 3 levels. There is a living room and kitchen on the main level, and another living room on the second level. The bedrooms are laid out as follows -

Bedroom 1 the master bedroom features a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 2 is on the second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.
Bedroom 3 is on the second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 4 is on the second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.

Loft has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor. One is off the kitchen and the other is en suite to the master bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor that are en suite to the rooms with queen beds. The 3rd floor does not have a bathroom.

Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! The laundry facility located on the third floor. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free. There is an additional pet fee to bring your dog.

Review

Very spacious for a large group and very clean. Only suggestion is if you plan on cooking anything in the oven, you will need to add at least an hour to the meal. Other than that we would go back!

This was great for a large group of us that were basing out of Center Village for a bike tour that weekend. The texts and emails from Sky Run (managed by a company rather than a host) was a bit overkill. The condo had plenty of space but was just missing that hospitality excellence. You can tell its run by a company. We tried making a big meal Friday night for our group of 15 and didnt have a strainer, olive oil, etc. Its a great space, it just doesnt have that person to person final touch.

Review

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Ski on and off was well worth the money. The location was spacious and accommodating. The only complaint was the dishwasher didn't work but the company was responsive and compensated us for the inconvenience. Would stay again!

Great for large groups

The property is great for large groups. It really is a 7 bedroom condo spread over three floors, with two different living room areas. In addition to the bedrooms there were additional bunk beds in the open area of the loft making total capacity about 20 people. Ski in /ski out is a term that has many definitions, so I always like to share the realities. Ski in- yes! Ski down Franks Fave run and you will be at the back door of the building. Ski out - yes, with a short walk. From the back door, walk about 100ft up a slight incline, then ski down to the American Eagle lift. For beginners its a short walk to Green Acres beginner area. East Village is walkable in 5-10 minutes, but not easy to ski to because of a few uphill sections. Pros- Very large unit- Located in Center Village area- Responsive management company - we needed a few kitchen things (paper towels, colander, etc), called and they were delivered same day- Easy check in process- Easy check out process- Well equipped kitchen- In unit washer/dryer (thats not accurately listed in the ad, but its really there)- Glove/boot dryer - a great addition that they should mention in the ad- Nice grill on the porch- Well outfitted with radiators and humidifiers throughout the unit.- Plenty of bedding, additional blankets, and towelsCons- One parking space in the garage, remaining spaces are in Alpine lot (accessible via shuttle bus). Would be nice to have at least one more for a unit this big. - The unit is clearly being updated. Some areas are complete and others are in the process of being updated. Everything is functional, just some rooms/bathrooms are ready for a fresh coat of paint.- Fireplace was not workingDont let the Cons dissuade you. I just want to be accurate in my review. This place is great for large groups, convenient to the slopes, and a good management company to work with. You wont regret booking this place.

Great sleeping arrangements for a large group, and close to lifts

This is a fantastic place for a large group. Fairly nicely appointed, comfy beds, plenty of space. We've stayed here for two years, and our camp stayed here in the past as well so it was nice enough to return to!But you can barely brush your teeth with the shower water pressure, much less rinse shampoo from women's hair - if that were better I would give it a 4.5 star. Pluses: - LOTS of beds so everyone can be in one place; - great walking access to village, Rec center, and lifts; - great beds all around; - storage space for extra dry goods/ food in both downstairs bedrooms including mini fridge in #417; - mountain lodge feel/ decor; - massive BBQ.AND SkyRun has always been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, responsive, and provide a fantastic experience. I really appreciate working with such great staff - Bear of particular note.Drawbacks: - small kitchen (& only one fridge & one oven) for a place that houses this many people (maybe add one in the 415 remodeled entry/ space?), - kitchen utensils/ pots/ pans/ knives could be upgraded, - limited bathroom access for top floor guests; - atrociously poor water pressure (except in the 3/4 bath off the kitchen apparently), and - only one parking spot in the garage downstairs (although SkyRun was great about providing access on a space-available basis to the Ten Mile garage).

Great space for lots of people!

This is a fantastic setup for lots of people to house together. Beds are plentiful and were comfy, SkyRun was super accommodating for small requests (like extra towels for all of our people). There had been some recent light construction so there was still a shopvac and some sawdust, but that was easy to remedy. The extra space of the two first floor King rooms with baths was fantastic, and stuffing several people into the other rooms worked out very well for our large group of 19. I think at one time or another all the beds were actually in use! Definitely a plus to have W/D in the unit if even just for washing kitchen towels a couple times during our 9 night stay. The huge couch on the second floor was GREAT.Downsides: 1. The kitchen is rather small for feeding a large group. An extra bonus was the open area in the side unit which we used as a dry goods pantry. But there just isn't enough fridge space for large groups, so we had to buy food for everyone about two meals at a time rather than being able to plan further out with perisherables/ fruit/ veg/ protein.2. One parking space doesn't suffice underneath when this combined unit is essentially three units together. Even two parking spaces would've been very helpful. But not a deal breaker (at least in the early season when town is uncrowded).3. The water pressure in most of the showers was horrendously low, despite good pressure at the sinks. As a male with short hair, I could barely rinse shampoo out of my hair. Our gals fared worse. SkyRun was trying to remedy this for at least part of our stay with new shower heads, but I didn't see any improvement (in my shower anyway).Overall a fantastic stay, and we love working with SkyRun. We've been coming for multiple years and I'm not sure I can find a better lodging outfit.

Great Weekend skiing!

Our family of 11 enjoyed the weekend skiing on Copper while staying at this condo. It was as described and had all the things we needed to have a good weekend (such as big pots and pans, plenty of plates). The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our group, we even had a couple of beds left unused! I would stay here again!

Perfect Condo!

Spacious & Comfortable Condo for 14 Adults

We stayed in the condo with 14 adults and had a very good experience. Overall, the place is HUGE and there are plenty of bedrooms/beds for at least 14 adults. Everything was in working order, and for the price, it can't be beat! A few notes for future travelers: management is VERY responsive, so if you need anything during your stay (bigger pots, more towels, more bedding, info on parking, plumbing fixes, etc.) do NOT hesitate to call! Would recommend this condo for large groups and had a great stay!

Good size but needs upgrages

the condo space is great.

the only thing it needs are

1) new carpets in all the floors

2)The heating control systems need to be upgraded

3) better TVs in the rooms...

4)wall outlets need to be upgraded

over all it is a good place to stay

Great service from SkyRun, Condo good but needs updating

SkyRun provided great service to us on our stay, would use them again for future vacations. The condo was very convenient to the slopes but is in need of updating. The building is in a great location at Copper in Center Village & is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Our group had lunch daily in the condo which was much more relaxing & less expensive than eating on the mountain. We knew the condo condition when we rented & overall, it was good for our group of 16. But it is need of a serious face-lift: Condo was generally clean, bathrooms are dated & showerheads had little water pressure, kitchen is very small esp. when preparing meals & feeding 16-18 people, there is no ski/board storage or lockers so you need to put all the skis/boards/poles etc on the balcony (for 16 people!), washer/dryer in building was nice, appliances in kitchen were updated but the cabinets, etc were not, the bedrooms are not completely private as the walls are not closed off at the ceilings & it can be noisy with 16 people, esp with kids & teens. The teens & tweens loved the media area on the 2nd level. This area was updated. No hot tub in this buildings. Had a great time but would consider other condos for future stays.

16 skiers in one condo? We ended up singing songs together!

There were 16 of us in our ski club this year who wanted to make the trip to Copper Mountain the last weekend in February. We had previously rented smaller condos that slept 4 or 6. Cm416 could hold all 16 of us. Would we be tripping over each other? Would communal snoring keep everybody awake? To be honest, the first night was dicey: frustration at only being able to park one car (for the whole group) in the ground floor garage--all other vehicles had to be parked in storage lots quite a ways away. Trying to figure out where to put equipment and groceries. Discovering that only 2 of the 4 bathrooms were accessible to everybody, and that an open "atrium" meant less privacy. But by the second night, it was mostly sorted out, and we began to appreciate the short two minute walk to the Eagle and Flyer lifts, and literal ski-in on the return to the condo. The small kitchen wasn't a problem because only different designated cooks prepared meals each day. And even old guys managed to wait their turn for a bathroom. We've all been friends for years, but because we'd previously stayed in smaller units, we never had a singalong with 16 voices before! In short, we enjoyed our communal experience in the condo more than we had expected, and the location was the most convenient ever. Communication with SkyRun was excellent. I'm betting the majority of our group will want to repeat the experience in February,2015

Wonderful Family Ski Trip!

Great space for large family with lots of Grandkids. Very quiet and clean. Needs a little TLC from owners, otherwise, would give it the highest rating.
The staff at SkyRun were the absolute best in accomodating our every need.
