✔Parties and events are not permitted.
✔Please note only one car parking is provided and we register the cars to avoid towing
✔We provide dish washer pods but we do not provide laundry soap
✔Pets are allowed but please do not allowed them on the furniture - Please note we charge a pet fee and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.  Note PET FEE. A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$100 depending on the duration of your stay.
✔Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

Review

The unit was in a great location. It was walkable to Cedar Springs Road and all the restaurants and nightlife, which was ideal for us on our trip. The a/c worked amazingly which was very important with the heat. The bed linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms can use some TLC. We had a drainage/water backup issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms. Also, note that the planes from Love Field can be heard overhead and early. That was fine by us because we grew up near an airports flight path. Just something to note. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors. Thankfully they werent too loud or up too late. Definitely worth the price for the location and ease of access to the Oak Lawn and Uptown areas.

Memorial Weekend

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial weekend. The apartment was conveniently located and very clean. It was also nice to have a reserved parking spot! Henry helped us book our trip and he is the real reason we are rating our trip five stars! Amazing customer service! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!
