This delightful home features two full bathrooms—one situated in the master bedroom and another in the hallway. Complete with fresh towels and essential toiletries, it guarantees maximum comfort and convenience.

We can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with a convenient pullout couch, perfect for an additional guest or group flexibility. This is located at the common area.

GUEST ACCESS:
This home is solely at your disposal throughout your stay, allowing you to relax, unwind, and truly make it your home away from home.

Please note that this home is not pet friendly.

Additional:
-There is a two car driveway located on the side of the house available as well as street parking in front of the home.
-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.
-Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and one in the backyard.
-Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
-Please note there is NO smoking inside the home
-You may NOT exceed the max occupancy
-No parties or events allowed
-Charging electric vehicles on the premises is not permitted.

Review

Excellent owners and very responsive. Some of the lights went out in the kitchen and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Very drivable area with lots of amenities near by, also close to UT Dallas. I totally recommend if youre a parent visiting your kid for the weekend. Beds were super comfortable and the couch was the perfect place for the family to crash and watch a movie. They also have a lot of steaming options on the living room TV. Will book with the owner again next time Im in the area.
