I would absolutely stay here again and plan to next time Im in town. I intentionally wanted to stay in this part of Dallas so the location was perfect and close many bars, restaurants, etc. that I wanted to visit. For me the walkability was great, for a city that isnt super walkable. I liked the little private patio off the living room. The furnishings were nice, a bit of that Airbnb vibe (some bright colors, very mass produced art, etc.). I didnt use the kitchen really but it seemed well stocked if you want to cook. Suggestion to host: -replace the bed pillows, the bed itself and bedding was fine, the pillows were just so thin. Amazon sells decent pillows for cheap, just get some new ones-add a cheap full length mirror. Plenty of room for this in the living room or bedroom.I felt safe staying here, however, the apartment door directly across from the airbnb door had a camera pointed right at you which felt weird but idk..
