Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.

We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay) Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

Awesome Place . Perfect location

I stayed here for 2 months l. It was very comfortable. It’s a short drive from most of the places like downtown Dallas, Uptown, Deep Elum. I had to work in Lancaster in the South and Plano in the North and this Condo was 20 minutes drive to both locations which was very convenient. The short drive to most places is one thing I really appreciated. I also enjoyed the coziness and comfort of the condo once I got home. Winnie my puppy and I took many walks at night around the neighborhood which is very safe. I really enjoyed staying here. I will be looking to stay here again when J return to Dallas
