A Touch of Luxury: The owner's recent updates to the kitchen add an extra touch of luxury to this already stunning home. The open-concept kitchen, great room, and dining area provide the perfect space for gathering and enjoying each other's company, while the two separate living spaces offer ample room for entertainment and relaxation. After a long day of exploration, unwind in the private hot tub on the outdoor patio.

Elegant Bedrooms: On the top floor, you'll find the Luxurious Primary Bedroom featuring a lovely King Bed, chic furniture, a TV, access to a private balcony, and an Ensuite Bathroom with a double sink, large tub, toilet, and a walk-in shower. Perfect Home for Large Groups

Traveled here with 11 other guests and couldn’t say enough great things! There was enough space and beds for all of us. The home is close to Main St, within minutes. Only about 35 mins from SLC airport. The host was very responsive and helpful the entire time. They were very consistent in communications and offering recommendations and concierge services. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. We hope to be back soon! Thanks for the great stay & memories!

Spacious, Convenient, and Relaxing Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 10 adults and had plenty of space. Short walk down to the bus stop and easy to get to slopes (although we were tired at end of day and just uber easily back to house). Hot tub was a nice touch. Pretty views. House was clean and host was responsive.

Excellent Christmas Getaway

We rented this property due to it's close proximity to Park City. We had our family, my sister and her husband, and our close friends with their kids. Total of 10. We were extremely happy with how clean the property was - and we were allowed early entry to the property. The layout of the house worked well for us. 4 kids slept in the basement bedroom and living area, and the 4 couples were on the 3rd floor. The property is extremely close to skiing and grocery stores and restaurants. There is also a walking path accessible from the complex. As far as communication goes - SkyView made this EXTREMELY easy. A simple text generated a nearly immediate answer from a rep. When it required someone on site - they appeared in under 30 minutes. The evening before trash removal, 2 reps were actually taking out the bins for us. We were able to talk to them for a bit, and they were super friendly and helpful. Even on Christmas day - when the can opener broke - a rep was able to get one delivered via door dash in an hour.While the layout overall worked well, the basement area was rather chilly as there is no thermostat downstairs. But, after reaching out to the management, they offered some solutions, which did help improve the temp. This wasn't ideal overall, as when everyone was gathered on the main floor in the evening, the basement would cool off so the kids were pretty chilly at night. We would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect Family Getaway with Thoughtful Details and Amazing Host!

The house was perfect for a family with lots of space and we were able to separate the kids from the adults. The setup for the kids room was very intentional and thoughtful. It had lots of entertainment and space for play. Amazing views and lots of natural lighting. Although space was great, the host was even better. Very responsive and accommodating. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Easy to access property

Great property in Bear Hollow. Clean, spacious, and plenty of amenities. One of the few options we've found in our 8+ years staying in the PC/KJ area with 4 actual bedrooms and a queen+ bed in each (i.e., not a converted office or closet, not a room stuffed with bunk/twin beds). Location is great, but some type of privacy screen for the back patio would be nice. Easy to access with a lock code and garage door opener provided. Will plan on staying here again if available.

We loved staying here! The house is as clean and organized as it is in the photos. Everything is nice and new, and the amenities are all wonderful (the master shower has a steamer!). We felt very well taken care of in this home, and in my communications with Skyrun. I was a little bothered that they wanted to communicate via email instead of directly through the app, but have not had any problems. Overall a stunning home with beautiful decor and comfortable top to bottom. Everything has been thought of and we loved our stay! We would easily choose to stay here again.

Gorgeous, Spacious Home in Perfect Park City location!

This home is in the perfect location in Park City! It is so convenient to all outdoor activities, ski slopes, as well as restaurants and shopping. I must say, the beds are extremely comfortable. There are 3 floors to this home so everyone has their own personal space, but can come together to enjoy the great room on the main floor with a large living and dining room connected to the kitchen. The decor is really beautiful. There is so much attention to detail. The best part - the gorgeous unobstructed mountain views you get to enjoy. Our family will definitely be back again.
